On 03/24/25, at 6:05am, I was at the Shell located at 2577 Nashville Hwy Columbia, TN 38401. I was in line trying to get a breakfast sanwich. A Cuacasian lady in her mid 20's, or early 30's heavy set, acknowledge me. She gave me a hostile look and refused to take my order! She took a caucasian male's order instead. He was about 5ft behind me and wasn't done shopping. I try to ask her what the problem was 4 times! She disregarded my presents! I am a person of color. This young lady has something against people of color! I left the store without a purchase!

Old blonde lady with glasses behind the counter is rude and has 0 self awareness. The lady with no teeth was extremely rude and disrespectful. Food was nowhere near as good as the pictures in the store. All of the workers talk trash about each other and complain out loud for the whole store to hear.

Older blonde lady with kids working at store, skinny lady with glasses. She said she hates 'N words' right after my 13 year old son paid in quarters. She gets rude with every single customer.

Old smaller yellow haired lady wit glasses extremely vile and rude yellint raclst slurs my husband heard and was mortlfied of the experience and the other guy rudeness. She needa go church..my son works at GM and I'm elderlly on disability and she was yellin at me to hurry or she would leave food on the floor. Heard her say n word on multiple occasion. Will never return to thls store

This would be a 5 star place if their equipment worked as it should all the time and the convenience store was halfway clean. As a diesel fuel buyer, I go to the diesel island which has great amenities like bulk DEF and free air for tires. However, the handles are always covered in diesel or DEF, the air lines work about half of the time, the card readers at the pumps sometimes don't work, and anytime it rains the spots by the pumps pool with water/diesel/DEF puddles. Don't go into the inconvenience store because it's dirty, the people are rude, and the facilities are either not stocked with the essentials, gross dirty, or broken.
