I think most of the issues here are due to funding cuts; maybe we could give less money to billionaires and more to our essential services? Probably too radical an idea.
Generally the service here is okay, just unreliable mostly. Unfortunately, for anything more than a letter I instead go to UPS.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They repeatedly deliver my packages to the wrong address. I’ve spoken to them locally several times and put in a complaint with consumer affairs. Nothing is resolved. I am out quite a few packages due to their complete lack of care in doing their jobs
