This pharmacy simply doesn't have their act together. If you honestly value your time at all, go anywhere else but here. They'll lose scripts you'll watch them look for your name in a box of scripts and pass it by. Their employees for the most part with the notable exception of maybe two seem to not know how express scripts works at all and their rewards program isn't that great. I stopped getting my scripts here and go to CVS instead. The two pharmacy employees who are good can't make up for a team that doesn't seem to function as one.

Came and dropped off my prescription told to come back 15 minutes later came to the drive-thru I just posted these two pictures I would definitely recommend a place for everything they need more people for help

worst setup ever, called to get scripts filled thursday said it'd be ready friday went to get em won't arrive til monday, great! cuz who needs theirs meds when they call to have them refilled right?

I wish I could leave 0 stars. They need serious corporate intervention. Worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. First he looked at my insurance card and said what is that I can’t use that. It was digital nothing else different. Had all the numbers and everything. I offered to give him personal info to see if he could look it up. He said he was not able to. Which is not true as i have had other pharmacies and walgreens locations look it up that way. I also verified with insurance prior that it was in network. He then said something under his breath. He came back and said you need to get actual insurance. I asked him how and he said idk I’m not a medical provider. Then said it would be blank amount. He never even offered me to put in my Walgreens number for rewards. ALSO! He never offered to explain the medication to me or offer to answer any questions. I will not be going back here. THIS PLACE SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO BY CORPORATE AND OR CERTIFICATION BOARDS

This location should be investigated by their corporate office. The complete lack of patient consultations with disrespecting attitudes is pathetic. The worst part, Wallgreens knows they can do this because the closest pharmacy that accepts GoodRX is on the other side of Columbia.

Literally half been waiting over a half hour in line for a prescription that is already filled. This is the slowest pharmacy I have EVER Been to. No matter when I come here the inside and car line are super slow. The employees here are in no hurry. This is not a new thing due to staffing either it has been like this every single time since I have lived in Columbia.

I am done with Walgreens and transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. The wait times are always long. Numerous times they have called and/or texted and said my prescription is ready for pick up and I arrive at the store just to be told it isn't ready and I have to wait another 45 minutes. Today was the last straw. I called my DR office because I am out of medication. I call the pharmacy and they tell its ready to pick just come by whenever. I drive across town and stand in line for 20 minutes just to told it wont be ready for two days.

Filing a prescription takes forever here. Always a line of 10 cars out the back. Starting to think Ill never get my meds because I dont want to sit in line for an hour.

Christmas Day dilemma....a family member with Covid and our regular pharmacy (as well as others near us) was closed...how can we get their prescription filled?Posted a note on a neighborhood social site seeking suggestions and someone mentioned they were reasonably sure this one was...even on Christmas Day.Phoned the pharmacist (Jason) who was able to transfer the prescription to his store and fill it. Drove 45 minutes to Columbia to pick it up and was greeted by a very friendly assistant (Teresa) at the Drive-Thru. Prescription filled immediately and I rushed back to Franklin with the meds.What a blessing! Super accommodating service by caring and professional staff. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!Other notes: I glanced inside and saw all staff wearing masks but several customers were not - so Social Distancing and safety measures may or may not be enforced. On plus side...Open 24 hours, Curbside pick up and Twin Drive-thru lanes.

Go here if you want to take a nap. This pharmacy is the cause of my anxiety. I refuse to go here ever again. I switched pharmacies because of the long wait at the drive-thru. Going inside for a prescription is no faster. Its exhausting.

The drive thru is always has 4 to 5 cars in it and if you go in there is only one register open. Great pharmacy but slow. Very slow.

Do not use this pharmacy unless you enjoy waiting in line for at least 30 minutes just to pick up your prescriptions. Or if you enjoy sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes before anyone even greets you then this place is just for you! Will not be using this store for anything ever again.
