I needed a new car phob battery, went in and I don't know his name but he was very helpful. He went and got the battery and changed it out for me and only charged me for the battery very nice.

I wanted to buy a car battery and the employee said it would take 2 hours to put it in. I asked if I could make an appointment and he said no. He then told me I could do it myself while laughing and then walked away mid conversation leaving me standing there, I couldn’t buy the battery even if I still wanted to at that point. I don’t know why he had such an attitude with me, I was very polite and I work in customer service. He tried to ignore me like everyone else at first but I stopped him to ask for help, maybe that’s why? I would much rather spend more money to get just an ounce of customer service, I will go elsewhere.This happened on 12/4 at around 9:35am by the auto registers, if any manager cares enough to follow up about this. Even for a mechanic that was horrible customer service. I was shocked when he walked away.

Bought some tires online had shipped to store..everyone was professional. They sent wrong size tire so had to reorder tire..set up appointment and within no time I was out and back on the road.. reasonable price for mounting tires..thanks y'all

Don’t buy the lifetime rotate and balance. They don’t have enough staff and proper management to do it quicker than 2 hours. When you buy the tires they will automatically charge you the lifetime rotate unless you call them out and deny to pay for it.

they are super slow. It took them an hour to put on 1 tire that was after I waited 3 hours for them to start working on putting the tire on. The cashier in the auto department was also rude and just did not comprehend things well.

AVOID!! We came here about a month ago for an oil change. Told it would take 1 hr and 15 minutes. It took 3 hours and 45 minutes. That was a walk in so I guess that’s my fault. Decided to be smarter and had my husband make an appointment next time for a tire change. Came in on time, was told the wait was an hour. Did all our shopping, wasted some time around the store, came back and noticed that our car hadn’t moved an inch. When we asked why no one had started working on it even though our appointment was an hour ago and it should have been done by now, the workers thought it was funny and just laughed at my husband. They were too busy talking and smoking to be bothered. The manager on duty decided to “apologize” while barely containing her own smirk. I guess us being upset that they can’t do their job properly and on time was funny to her. The excuse for the workers behavior was “they work in the shop”, didn’t get enough sleep and they took several walk-in before our appointment. So much of my limited time was wasted by the Walmart staff that refused to do their job. It is inexcusable behavior, regardless of workplace, amount of sleep time, or any other personal excuse that should have been left at home prior to showing up to work.

I got there early at 7 am, when the business is supposed to open, had to sit for another 20 minutes longer because they didn't open the doors for business. Then sat for few more minutes because they don't come out to your car anymore like they done for MANY YEARS when getting an oil change.They're not very professional and could do better on how they treat there customers.Didn't get out until almost 9. Even the guy working the checkout wasn't happy working for Walmart.Unhappy employees tells you a lot about the business.I did go to the manager that day and explained to him how I was treated and all he could say is they had a late start. Wow!!Bad management!

Used to buy decent batteries there, a few reasonably priced tires, but NEVER have your oil changed there, and their reputation is as well-known as the racist they used to have in security. Been over 5 yeats and havent been back, but had 2 vehicles serviced ( oil change) within 3 days, glad I double-check everything. Oil completely or nearly drained out, NOT replaced, filters had not been replaced, fluids and hoses, etc NOT checked or topped off, asked to check and air a tire and wasn't done, daughter almost didn't make it to tire shop and was transporting 5 kids. Don't know if it's changed, but with all the friends I have that's used them and ended up with locked up engines from no oil being put back in, I won't be using them.

Called and called couldn't get any one on the phone to see if y'all had the tire I was looking for. You snooze you loss. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Long delay even after arriving at 0730, but great service at a great price. $30 cheaper for the same oil than the "drive-thru" oil change places.
