I am Spanish and the people in the store are racist. I was waiting for more than 5 minutes to be attended to and they only answered the phones and totally ignored me. It is unfortunate that this happens in this type of business, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Bought a thermostat with the gasket in the package ,got home no gasket we went back to the store and they said it doesn't come with one even after I showed them the box plainly said thermostat with gasket.
The older tall guy said well it doesn't come with one I don't know why they
Put that on the box and then accused me of just wanting to argue, I am thinking the reason I am getting aggravated is because he seems to think I am an idiot and trying to sell us a gasket at a marked down price , they finally gave us a gasket,
I own a business as well and I do not think we will be buying anything there anymore.

Went in to buy a wiper blade. After requesting their free install service, the clerk acted like I was bothering him and even got aggressive. And this guy was the store manager.Save yourself some headaches and go to Auto Zone. These people need to take some customer service classes.

Waiting in line forever and the people were not said they had the product I was looking for went back to get it and came back and said they had to order it need more employees service was absolutely horrible

ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I was traveling through TN in Oct. 2023 and my battery light came on in Cookeville, TN. I got off the highway and pulled into Advance Auto. They checked and my fairly new alternator was bad. I put it on so I decided to take that one off and put on the new one. When I carried the bad one in they told me it wasn’t one of their brand. Confused, I went out and checked the glovebox and found the receipt from one of their competitors. THEY GAVE ME A RIDE DOWN AND BACK TO GET THE REPLACEMENT!!! And eventually when they weren’t so busy a young man came out and helped me finish up the installation. Thank goodness good people like this still exist in small town America!!! If you are in or around Cookeville, TN and need auto parts and good service, this Advance Auto is the place to go.

Looking for odd part for old truck from 80s. We never did find it but lady helping me did everything she could without complaint and made it an amusing search instead. Been here before and got good aid then too

Usually have what I need but sometime they got to order it, be nice if they could boost up their stock some though. I know there are alot of different parts and take up space but maybe they can get most the common parts that are common on automobile issues. Other than that??
