I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this bank. I’ve never been made to feel so unappreciated by a bank as I have by this one. Twice I’ve had my account locked because a suspicious charge was made. Cool I’m super glad that they are watching for those things but I received NO CALLS OR MESSAGES asking if it was even my charge or not. Both times I was hugely inconvenienced because both happened on a weekend and one was a holiday weekend so I couldn’t even talk to anyone or get a new card till they were open again. I was left with no way no make any purchases. Even worse because I had ordered pizzas for my sons birthday party and didn’t know my card was locked till I went there and I couldn’t use my card. Had to have a friend come and pay for the pizzas till I could pay them back. Today I did receive a text message at 5:00am asking if I had made a particular charge. First time I received a message before they locked my card. Anyhow I had not made that charge and text back and said I didn’t. The bank then did call me and went over the last few charges to see if those were mine and then told me I had to go in and get a new card. So I go in there today and I’m told that they now charge $10 for me to replace my card. I can understand if you charge $10 to replace a lost card but when charges were made on my account that were not mine and I already have to go change everything that was attached to that card I certainly don’t feel like charging your loyal customers a $10 fee is very appropriate. Pam Dillion was the one who helped me and was very rude and not very helpful at all. While $10 is not much it sure shows how this bank feels about the customers who hold their money in this bank. I’ve had other experiences with this bank that were also not great. I am closing my account asap and will be solely using my other account at SouthEast across the street for all my banking needs. One Bank is the worst bank I’ve ever had an account with.

That One Bank.On some days you win, and on some days you loose. Today I learned just how money hungry this world has become. "That One Bank" I grew to trust and support fully, That One Bank that is seen all through the Upper Cumberland, it showed those colors. Back in 2021' I had visited a local branch to correct account issues and to secure my accounts better to better protect my money and assets. As I was told by the bank personnel that everything was fixed on that day, I found today the fact that they did not follow through with what was agreed. It is a frustrating feeling (extremely upset) to wake only to find that your bank account holds nothing, $0.00, empty. When I contacted That One Bank, I was informed it was taken to fix a delinquent account, an account that I had nothing, nor knew nothing of, and was told I could not know about due to me not being on that account. The individual that owned the account, was once on my personal account. In December of 2021' when I made that joyous visit to change and fix all of my accounts, I was assured they were all corrected and it was only me on any and all accounts. I took the word that was spoken to heart due to having such high trust in That One Bank, but boy was I wrong. After contacting That One Bank, then showing up to find answers, being promised a call back, and more broken trust, my lesson was learned, trust no longer exists in this money hungry world. I was informed by the CFO of That One Bank, that it was my problem and I needed do do what I needed to do, that he had been doing his job for 40 years and That One Bank was better than it had ever been. It was my fault that the verbal information I was given was wrong. This is a lesson to be cautious. Don't trust your money with a fellow sheep when the wolf is running the bank.On other news, Regions Bank made moving banks very smooth. Please warn people to be cautious, That One Bank is out there for your money.

I've been a customer for years. Lately they treat customers like a nuisance, and will not take the time to answer any questions or give any assistance.

I have been with this bank which was previously Bank of Putnam County for almost 20 years and they have always been a great place to go and are willing to go above and beyond to help. I would recommend this bank over any other bank I've ever belonged to before.

Don't use this bank! They will put charges through before credits in order to cause you to use their overdraft protection. Then charge you anywhere from $35-$105 each. They have charged my account over $700 in one month! Then treat you like an indigent rather than help you resolve your situation. Stay away!

They deactivated my card over the weekend without trying to call or text. I wanted to do something nice for mother’s day but alas I could no. I could not access my funds at all. go grocery shopping or buy food for my puppy. The number on the back of my debit cards rings endlessly. No one to help. No way to leave your customers amid the pandemic.

I wouldn’t recommend One Bank of Tennessee to anyone. Their customer service is terrible along with their fraud protection. Someone stole my debit card information and one of the bank workers told us that the card was manually swiped that they couldn’t do anything. They said where the card was used would have to refund us the money and do an investigation but federal says “Once notified, the bank has 10 business days to investigate the claim and reach a decision.” We went to the store where the card was supposed to have been swiped and they told us to go back to the back they had to refund us, so we did and got a different worker at the One Bank of Tennessee he said that the card was keyed in not swipe. He gave us a number to call for the fraud department, so we called them and they reimbursed me for the charges that was placed on the card however when the purchase was made it caused me to overdraft which is normally $29.00 overdraft charge, but for some reason it was $58.00 this time. So we called them back about getting the overdraft charges refunded to sense the charges was fraudulent, they said we will call you back in the next day or so with an answer, a week went by and never heard anything. We called them back and they told us the same thing again but they actually called back a day later and they said they was gonna refund $29.00 of the overdraft charge but not the whole $58.00 we was like okay whatever they are gonna at least refund some of it but I check the bank statement 2 weeks later and they still have not refunded me for any of the fraudulent overdraft charges. I would strongly recommend going to a different bank then One Bank of Tennessee
