We were a little hesitant due to the hickory floors being hand-scraped, but with Zach’s encouragement, we have ended up loving our floors. We get compliments every time someone new sees them and they are blown away by how beautiful they are. Jason Conner, who is one of their contractors, did a phenomenal job of installing the floors. He took the time to be precise and paid attention to every little detail of the installation. It was truly fascinating to see the floor installation process and just watch them installing the wood floors and get in their groove- he’s been doing this a long time and it obviously shows. We are very detail oriented people, and Jason went above and beyond in his quality installation.
