I purchased a 2014 Mustang with lowish mileage. The price seemed good to me. I paid cash for the purchase and the car, as well as the title and tag.
Mr Crane, the owner, contacted me when I submitted the first review and I had my tag in two days!!

Buyer beware!!! Do not buy from DAS
So me and my husband bought a car around march from dependable auto sales here in Cookeville. This car lasted not even 72 hours before the turbo blew on it. This was in the shop for 3 weeks!! We had to pay for repairs over $1000. Even though we had the car for maybe 2 days. We have had constant issues with it and they refuse to fix it and half the time won’t even talk to us about it! Now the engine is completely blown and we are without a car. This was a 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan.

I would like to say thank you to maven for helping get me into the 2019 mustang Ecoboost he was very professional and friendly and made sure everything was good even filled the car up with gas and then when there was a issue with the rear differential I would like to say thank you to Vince in the service center for making sure it was took care of it drives like a brand new car now

Absolutely the worst customer service from the rental department as well as the management. No communication back when I called to let them know the air conditioning in a rental car stopped working halfway through Alabama on an 8 hr drive to Destin, and we have had to drive with the windows down for almost 2 hours. I took a video and pictures of how iced over the ac lines are. Every time I call I get put on hold or passed around until I’m sent an answering machine. I was suppose to have a call back and never received one. Once I finally was able to talk to someone she told me to take it to a mechanic around me and stop my vacation and traveling and find a mechanic shop open on a Friday evening on a holiday weekend. I asked several times to talk to the manager and was put on hold or sent to voicemail. Not only did the ac stop working I was already disappointed in how dirty the exterior of the car was when we first received it. As soon as we left the lot I took pictures of the cracked windshield, missing paint on the truck, plastic around the back passenger window that is hanging off, and the black plastic hanging under the car. I will not rent from this company again nor would I recommend buying or renting from them in the future.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE CROOKS!!!! I bought a car from them and they raved at how good of car it was. I have done nothing but have to replace things constantly. It dies while at a stop light. Engine light came on right after we bought it. They said bring it back and we will fix it. My daughter took it up there and all they did was reset the light. Put it on a computer analyser ourselves and there are 2 sensors out that are making it die and run rich. Ball joints had to be replaced. Now engine is leaking oil like crazy. I have asked for the last 6 months about a license plate and all I get is another temporary. Every place I have took it to either trade in or get fixed just grunted when I told them where I got it and told me that I should have never bought a car from them. Apparently the owner has a reputation for screwing people. I guess I was just another victim. I will also be placing a complaint with the BBB. I know that doesn’t mean anything but at least someone researching buying a car will know. This is the biggest scam in Cookeville. Go somewhere else

We rented a 15 passenger van to take to Destin. The manager Erika was FABULOUS! Super understanding and quick to respond to my never-ending questions. They were extremely busy when we came in to pick up the van, and the service was still QUICK! Paper work already out and ready to go. No waiting. Signature, payment, keys in hand within 10 minutes. 10/10 recommended for all rentals.
