Electronic Express in Cookeville is a complete dumpster fire and a stain on Tennessee businesses. We dropped $12,000 on appliances, fooled by their fake reviews and the pathetic myth that a Tennessee-owned company gives a damn about customer service. Total scam! They butchered the installation, spitting on every promise they made and leaving us stranded. They shoved damaged appliances full of dents and scratches down our throats, banking on us being too stupid to notice their junk. An assistant manager spewed lies about fixing it, only for them to call the next day and demand more money for installation we already paid for upfront. To top it off, we spoke to a manager at the Nashville location who was outright rude, treating us like garbage for daring to complain. Their customer service is a disgusting sham—dishonest, useless, and infuriatingly arrogant. Avoid this pitiful excuse for a store unless you love being scammed and disrespected.
By the way, Ethan was a pleasure to work with and tried to help - but the others in the store was a waste of time and effort. I noticed that the owner responds to these reviews but offers nothing to address issues in his response. Only saying things like “it’s unfortunate” or “we hope to do better to regain your trust”.
My plan is if we don’t resolve this issue in the next few days, I’m going to load $12k worth of high end appliance on my trailer, haul them to the Cookeville store and camp out in their parking lot with a huge banner saying how I was scammed and sell my appliance in the parking lot for penny’s on the dollar. It has absolutely nothing to do with the cost it’s all about principal.

The guy who helped me was wonderful!! I came in knowing I needed a computer and the programs word and excel. I told him what I needed the computer for and he suggested 2 great options. He then told me about the extended warranty and registered my computer for me. When we were leaving he told me if I had any questions or concerns to call him and he would help me with anything I needed. Next time I have any need for electronics or appliances I will be back to Electronic Express!!

Bought a brand new Xbox controller here yesterday and the right bumper would not function. Brought it back to the store to replace it with a new one. And told me there was nothing they could do. Did a lot of business with these guys and it’s disappointing that they cannot simply replace a broken product from their store. Will not be buying from here anymore.

Daughter was going to buy some headphones with graduation money. She narrowed down to Sony and Bose. Went here so she could see which pair felt better. There was no Bose on display when the already pushy salesperson was asked if she could try on the Bose, Captain Obvious stated “we don’t have any on display”. If someone is spending 3-400 dollars you’d think they’d get to check it out first. Well Captain Obvious missed a sale and lost a 4 time repeat customer to the store. Was buying the Sony or the Bose but will buy elsewhere and for probably cheaper. So thank you Captain O.

Employees tried to help as best they could. Even called supervisor at home to no avail. Came back next day and after a bit of a wait they were able to help me ring up a purchase that the girl had helped me with the night b4.

My wife and I went into the store looking for a $100 sound bar lol we met Cody! Cody was absolutely amazing! Full of knowledge and information! He is the best no pressure salesman that I have ever seen, we ended up buying an 83” LG- OLED TV and matching soundbar and subwoofer! We are extremely pleased with it and the service we received. Cody even helped me set up my account. Just an amazing experience with a great young man who deserves a raise!!! Thank you Cody! 5 stars all day!

Bought a refrigerator in March 24. Right hand door had a squeak asked for repair people came but didn’t have proper tools. Called several times since no response.

When visiting Electronic Express Cookeville, be sure to ask for Ethan Moore. They were sold out of the item I was looking for and he answered a ton of questions for me with patience and kindness you don't always get from sales especially when they know you aren't going to buy anything. I from now on will always ask for Ethan. Hope those reading this will as well.

Fantastic experience!
We were in the market for new appliances and expected to just browse and see what this store had to offer. We bought 5 new appliances before we left!
The prices were simply unbeatable at this store, there is no competition in this town as far as I'm concerned. I priced elsewhere and we paid over $500 less at Electronic Express. The entire staff was top notch. One salesperson opened the door for us when we arrived, the manager Jason greeted us as we came in and our salesman Daniel went above and beyond. He was attentive, listened to our needs and wants, and directed us to the very best choices for us. He also made sure we were getting all the rebates available.
To top it off, everything we ordered is available and can be delivered right away. Thanks!!!
