Worst customer service I have ever experienced from Enterprise. I reserved a truck but when I get there they said all they had was an suv. I didn't have a choice because my vehicle is in the shop being repaired. So I took the suv, but it wasn't even clean on the outside. The worker said their pressure washer was broken. Almost everyday they have called us to tell us how our insurance company hasn't done this or that. It wasn't our insurance, it was them not updating the information that my insurance was giving them. Then the rental was stolen, I reported it to the police, my insurance and Enterprise. The worker at the Enterprise Cookeville, TN location, was very rude, unprofessional, & called me a liar. She demanded we pay the $500 deductible right then over the phone. I gave them all the information, the case number, the Sheriff's department that took the report. The next night the Sheriff's department located the vehicle and I went to recover it. I informed my insurance that we recovered the vehicle, but couldn't tell Enterprise because they were closed. We get home at 4am, so of course we tried to get some sleep. We were woken up by a tow truck that the worker at the Enterprise Cookeville, TN location had sent. The worker at the Cookeville branch accused me of lying & accused me of tring to steal the rental car, becuse it didn't show in their system as being stolen. What kind of customer service is that. They had all the information about the vehicle being stolen, but because it wasn't in their system we were lying about it being stolen, that's just wrong on so many levels. That same worker put me on their do not rent to list. Now we are stuck at our house with no transportation. I've used this location in the past and have never had a problem until now. I'm not sure if they have a new manager or what but it is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional how they treated us. I will never use this branch ever again! They give Enterprise a bad reputation and do not live up to the Enterprise standards.Update - the above was in 2021. I am still on their do not rent to list and can only be removed by the Cookeville, TN location, which doesn't make sense at all. Just an overall negative experience.I did send all the info to the person who commented on this, but never heard anything else about it.

Fast, clean, and friendly! After reserving online, which is also quick and easy. The office visit to pick up the vehicle was a GREAT experience especially if you are already stressing a long drive. The friendly experience made a great start to a long needed vacation.

My rental experience was good Customer Service was great The only drawback is the vehicle I got I had to take back because the check engine light came on but that’s a vehicle for yaI highly recommend you pay for what gas is in the vehicle at time of rental It’s cheaper and you can take it back on empty although I wouldn’t actually do thatBut it’s cheaper than buying gas at stations

I came to return my car to this location and received amazing customer service from Managment Amber Hayes & Nate McKinney. They went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. This is the place to go if you need to rent a car! Thank you!

Never again. My pickup time was at 12 pm on Saturday 1/27. We were on the lot and at the door promptly at 12:00 and the doors were locked and the employees were gathered up in the back office area laughing and looking at us like we were idiots. So I finally walked around to the back door and the guys detailing cars refused to let the office personnel know of our situation. Finally the manager comes out back door and refuses to let us pickup our car. He does finally say his name is Blake from the cookeville tn location and says his system is shutdown already and he’s not going to fulfill our reservation. I commented that the place is useless and the cashier Sabrina chimes in saying I had threatened someone by saying it’s useless ( how ridiculous) and they rushed out of the parking lot leaving us standing there. So rude I will never go back there again and hope no one else does

Second time renting a car from enterprise with months advance and still didn't have one available at my appointment time. Total lack of communication between the team. Some employees don't even know the inventory. Won't be renting from them again.

I was happy with Enterprise until after my rental was completed. The car was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly and professional.But....two weeks after the rental, Enterprise charged my credit card for multiple toll charges in Massachusetts and New York.I took a lot of time to get them reversed.

I had a great experience with Cookeville Enterprise. They were totally upfront, helpful and honest about the entire transaction. Brooke, Blake, Chelsea, and Gavin were so helpful in getting me a great car at a low price after my car died on the road.

Everyone that I talked to was very nice and helpful! This is the third time renting a car from them, and I never ran into any issues or surprises. There was only one vehicle available when I first arrived, but while that was being smell bombed, another one arrived. They let me easily switch vehicles so I wouldnt have to drive a huge truck around.Hopefully I don't have to rent another vehicle in the future, but if I do, I will forsure rent from them!

I booked my rental months in advance. I had reserved a minivan for a family beach vacation. I even went by the day before to confirm my reservation and they told me I was good to go. The day we were supposed to leave they called to tell me they didn't have a rental for me. I told them I had to have something so they were able to put us in a Chevy Equinox. There was not enough room for what we had planned for. They did offer a 20% discount and a free day. But it was a huge inconvenience not to have what I had reserved months in advance. Do not rely on getting what you reserve. Lesson learned.

This office is terrible. I had to reserve the car for the next day. I had to get a ride due to my car being in a wreck. And because I was 30 minutes late due to traffic. They gave the car that I had reserved away. When I asked for the corporate office number she gave me the number to a closed office. Wasted my time and the time of the person giving me a ride to pick up the car. This office is incompetent!
