No problem with FedEx, but this is not a place to drop off FedEx packages. The problem was with google maps didn't specify the difference.

FedEx is awful. Instead of looking at my mailbox where my address is clear and its also clearly on my home, FedEx has delivered to my address before but over the past couple of years FedEx drops my packages off at local Post Office and USPS delivers it the next day. As for my most recent package, FedEx left my package down the road on a table outside, we had severe storms that night with extremely hard rain and wind, I walked the neighborhood and seen a package soaked with rain water,the house they left it at no one knew it was even there, FedEx had laid it on the table and left. I will from now on do my best to only buy online as long as FedEx is not involved in the delivery. Something has to be done, I have spoken to at least 100+ people and they have had major issues with FedEx too. This will probably go unnoticed by FedEx but I hope it finds someone that will actually straighten the drivers and the person over this region. Btw I have a friend to tell me he order a small drill press and he found it a few days after it was supposed to be delivered at his house but instead it was laying in a creek, was to heavy to be washed away but the contents was junk because it was water logged, he said UPS & USPS delivers to his house without any problems but FedEx is horrible. I am available if FedEx needs more info, praying 🙏 this review finds someone who can/will do something about these issues with the FedEx drivers/delivery persons, are they not trained or just simply lazy, also I've had at least 1 that Im assuming the FedEx driver decided they wanted the contents of my package. Thank You for your time. People need to steer clear of FedEx all together.

Picked up my 740 lb package at FedEx hub. Package was loaded on my truck, using a fork lift. This worked much better for me as I did not have the ability to unload the heavy items at my residence.

They kept my package at there site for 4 days and did not deliver it. Bad customer service you cannot talk to anyone at all. !!!!

FedEx is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Packages are shipped "Signature Required" but the drivers are forging signatures and leaving packages (with expensive medicines that are sensitive to heat) on the ground next to the mail box. AVOID these low life scum.

This is the second time I've gone to the freight yard to pick up items. Personnel were pleasant to deal with, quick pickup, no problems.
