I had a package due to be delivered today. The driver never even tried to find the address. As a CDL driver my self I know some addresses are hard to find and some won't even show on a GPS. But there are more then one way to find an address. If the driver would have pulled over and got out their trusted cell phone types the address in they would have seen my Road was connected to Barlow Road. If they would have typed in my house number with Barlow road it would lead them straight to my door. UPS doesn't have a problem finding me. Why does FedEx? I hate the Fact my package came by FedEx. I have had some many bad experiences with them all across the country. Newark NJ dock workers stole my Tire chains out of my trailer, Cookeville TN has lazy drivers that refuse to bring packages, Tacoma WA dock workers Stole straps out of the trailer, Pennsylvania rude and obnoxious desk folks, Florida threw a clipboard at me telling me my HazMat shipping papers were wrong. I hope one day FedEx cleans up and gets better folks that want to do their jobs honestly in there.

Text message received at 4:18pm that package was delivered and signed for by *******. No packages were delivered.
At 4:57pm, driver pulls in the driveway to deliver. I told him about the text message. He placed the packages on the porch and turned to leave. I told him I needed to sign for the packages. ($4,000 in car parts.) He then said no signature was required, and he first delivered to the wrong house.
Strange that the person at the wrong address knew to sign our name. The driver lives just down the street from us. When he knew that I caught him signing for us, and was delivering on his way home, he made excuses. This is not only dishonest, but very unprofessional.
This has happened before also with a scheduled pick-up. He did not scan the package until much later that night after the pick-up.
Is this how FedEx drivers are trained? I don't think so. We never had a problem in the past until this driver started delivering.

Twice, in about ten days, delivery was made to house next door when our house number is in white letters on a red background and fastened to our front deck, clearly visable. Neighbors are fed up and and so are we. Will always check from now on to see how pkgs will be shipped and request it is NOT FedEx.
