I do not shop at Ferguson often, but after checking online, they were the only local supplier that had the specific shower head part I needed. I was greeted promptly and although the employee was not immediately certain the exact item was in stock, he took the time to walk me to the correct area and review several options with me.
It was a positive experience, and I would definitely return if I needed specialized or hard-to-find plumbing parts.

We called about a part we needed and the person on the phone told us to come in and they'd take care of it. Drove 20 minutes there to then be told they don't carry the part. I'm assuming this was a call center that told us to come in not really caring if they had the part or not, but the guys at the counter were very nice and did what they could to help us.

Called local Cookeville phone # and Colby answers and I gave specific description of part (Moen kitchen faucet cartridge) and provided the Moen part # (1255) and he says yes we have 9 in stock and gave me the price before tax $25.01. Drive 35 mins to get there and one look from the guy at the counter and he says "no buddy we don't carry that"..Well I called, "yeah that goes to a call center, that doesn't call us here"..Are you serious Ferguson!!!! Absolutely ridiculous..Do not call this place for parts

Called several times you can never get anybody to pick up the phone. Tried to get people to help me find stuff have sat around on two different occasions for 20+ minutes. No help. The last time I went in there I couldn’t even go pick what I needed and no one would help; literally the worst plumbing supply store I’ve ever been to. As a homebuilder I will never use Ferguson.
