I had a pleasant experience . I had intake gaskets replaced. I got a call from the mechanic saying that he doesn't feel comfortable putting everything back together without replacing a different item. I appreciate him being thorough and the job was reasonably priced as well. I have already sent 2 people there. They did what they said they would including having the job completed that day.

I got stuck here on a Sunday when I needed to drive very far and my car broke down. Eric, Michael, and Matt took really good care of me and my car - they moved mountains and I was out with a fixed engine in three hours. Amazing service, amazing guys. Thank you!

Traveling with a trailer across Tennessee. Had a couple blowouts. The guy's here hunted down the tires had them for me the next morning and put them on prior to 10:00. Excellent service really nice staff.

Brought vehicle to get an alignment, took 2 hours. Left and the vehicle was pulling so bad to the left that it would pull you out of the road if you let go of the steering wheel. Had to turn around and come back. They tried to blame it on the struts. It wasn't driving like that when I brought it in. I've been here over 2 more hours and keep getting excuses.

The gentlemen were very informative. Took time to explain how and why the steps were taken and the advice for better use of the performance of the vehicles upkeep and maintenance was very cool and informative and they made it comprehensive! They were really helpful and very cool actually enjoyed the learning session

The guys were very friendly and helpful. Quick about getting my vehicle serviced. When I went back to have tires put on, I was greeted with a smile, and they knew who i was and why I was there! They didn't treat me like a dumb female! Excellent service!

The workers at this Firestone were super attentive and friendly! I had a great time watching my vehicle be fixed and communicating with the staff about the progress. I am now a Firestone customer thanks to your wonderful staff and I look forward to dealing with them again in the future

POV: you're on a road trip from NC to CA and at about noon on a Saturday, you decide that the weird noise you're hearing is definitely not just from rough asphalt/concrete. One of your rear wheel bearings is absolutely shredding on I-40. You pull over and call for a tow, ending up at Firestone in Cookeville, TN. (you were supposed to sleep in Arkansas tonight, but now these are more details than you asked for)
While the specific expertise needed for the job was limited, the team was able to get my car into a bay before the end of the day and diagnose the problem (officially). This allowed them to get parts on the way (did I mention, I drive a Range Rover so we lucked out on parts availability), and to plan to get started on Monday morning. While of course we hoped for a day-of fix (at 2 on a Saturday), only Jesus could walk on water, and I'm still extremely grateful for the way the team worked us in and got the car back to us by Monday afternoon.
I had gotten on a plane to meet a deadline -- but my parents continued to drive her for several thousand miles (yes, thousands) and she ran smoothly all the way to California (I know, my parents are really awesome too). Fair and transparent quoting, and really nice people. I'm grateful for their help amidst such a chaotic turn of events!

I had a flat tire Saturday night and it was nonrepairable. Firestone is the only tire shop open on Sunday anywhere close to me. Luckily they had a tire in the size I needed in stock. My wait was a little longer than I expected but they were busy and were short staffed on this day. Their service was great and they kept me well informed of what they were doing. It was worth the wait! There was another family who pulled in while I was waiting. They cut a tire on the interstate in the middle of a long road trip. Without Firestone being open they would have really been in a bind. Thank you for being open on Sundays!
