Came in and they didn't have my size, so scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out. Came in sat for 2 hours, and then they tell me oh sorry we don't have those tires in. These were the tires they talked me into, basically the best they carried. So lost a customer for life. Went to discount tires, walked in they had me out the door in an hour. With a free alignment!

Always love visiting the Firestone Center on Willow Avenue, Cookeville. The guys there are always polite and informative about anything my Jeep needs. It's an easy and pleasant visit every time.

They're recommendations are wrong. They told me I needed new struts, but they were replaced 6 months ago. They recommended tire replacement even though this same location replaced them a month ago. They also mixed my name up with someone else and now I get emails for this other person, including copies of their repair order.

Stephen was amazing! My friends and I were traveling home through Tennessee and got a flat tire from a nail. He first was helpful on the phone call assisting with determining what type of tire was needed and if they had it in stock. Once we arrived to the store he was pleasant and funny while explaining everything regarding the mechanics of the run flat tires. He helped put me at ease in a stressful situation. He went above and beyond and we were able to get back on the road in less than an hour. He didn’t have to do that but he did and I appreciate it. He gave A customer service!!!! I would highly recommend this location to family and friends.

When I stopped in to purchase tires, I was treated with the utmost respect. The manager was so helpful and cared about my tire problems. He went out of his way to take time and find my tires for me.
