Used to bank here here for years. The tellers are pretty friendly and customer service is good along with good parking. They had remolded this branch several years ago which really helped.- Plenty of parking. Be safe though because it can have heavy traffic at times.- The drive thru gets busy, but there is plenty of lanes. Just look for the “Open” lit signs for which lanes are ready for you.- What I’m not happy with was the personal and business account fees and the way the transaction fees were handled for the checks in the deposits. Those fees really added up each month. And, the rates seem to keep jumping up every so often.

Terrible experience. They got mad that I had my deposit going to my fiancé account then said they would call us back letting us know if it was ok or not. Never called back. Had to go to branch to finally have them tell us the were closing HER account and refused to give us any reason as to why. Very unprofessional and childish in my honest opinion. Would definitely not recommend this bank.

Some of these reviews are hilarious. I'm amazed some of these folks were able to retain their sense of humor after some of the things I've read here. I have an offer for 400 dollars if I open an account & do some simple things. After reading these reviews, I would never go near there. If all of this wasn't bad enough, they have what amounts to a cellular tower on the roof of their building. So, not only do they poison the world with terrible banking, they're poisoning the neighborhood with dangerous levels of EMF radiation. If you work there for any length of time, you're in grave danger of serious health issues. After reading some of these reviews, I'm wondering if that might not be such a bad thing...

I haven't had anything amazing from this bank and they don't really offer anything to really make you feel like you have to go to them but I've never had a bad experience. I had a dispute with an account but it was nothing that they did and they were very nice and courteous the whole way. Every time I have to go in for something things are very fast and efficient and I'm usually in and out faster than I have at any other bank I've ever had. I don't understand the negatives that people are leaving and as a huge bonus if you ever losose your atm atm they are able to make a new one right then and there. That has helped me in situations soich. I'd recommend honestly but I wouldn't say they are the best thing out there.

They put my money in someone else’s account. They didn’t realize until I raised hell about it and made them look. This was the final straw after a couple other issues on their end. This is probably why they changed their name - they are tying to avoid the negativity attached to it. However, Jeremiah is a very helpful guy. Easy to talk to, and he was a great help. But I had an awful experience with this company.

First of all it seems now normal and expected for banks and First Tennessee to open when it's convenient for THEM and not for customers.... if you have a job you are just screwed. The hours and availability are horrendous... try to have your own business- and US Bank is no better. National banks should come to Cookeville and close these places. But there is no competition so we are all worse off. Horrible and uncaring.
