Horrible. The staff that have replaced the old crew are unfriendly and rude. I used them for years from 2014 thru 2021. 2022 to the present I've had nothing, but unpleasant experiences every time I have gone there. They are not very efficient and work at a snail's pace compared to the old crew. On top of that they treat customers like inconvenient annoyances that they feel like they shouldn't have to deal with.

The staff is great! I never have to wait on my prescriptions and one time I was going to be 10 minutes late and one of the workers were going to stay over just for me!! and that meant a lot thanks Genova!!!

This pharmacy is full of angels.. they care and go above and beyond to help customers..I have never seen anything like it..kind..caring..compassionate..Katie and Alexis are God sends. I'm so grateful I switched to genoa from infinity pharmacy..best decision I've made since living g in cookeville.. thank you all at genoa for making me feel like I matter and for being so amazing..God bless you

Them all and havent had a problem until the last few times and there Is a newer, different lady. She isnt very friendly or empathetic. Actually she was very condescending and should probably have a different line of work. Mental health, she doesn't get it. ?♀️?♀️Anyway, pharmacist and everyone else is wonderful. Btw, I've been going her around 9 years and never had a problem until now. They are a great facility, unfortunately, they hired a dud.

The staff are amazing. They know me by name. Years ago, when my insurance wouldn't pay for a very expensive brand name medication, they kept me supplied with samples for months and months until I changed to an insurance that would pay for it. When I couldn't get my insurance to pay for another med, and there was a patient assistance program for it, they applied for it for me - filled out the forms, everything, just had me sign my name...they faxed it in, and within a few days, I had my medication. They're really great!
