I found the most gorgeous dress here. The store was very busy and lines were long, which is fine. I decided to pick lane 1… The woman couldn't focus on ringing people up to save her life. She kept turning around and talking to the other cashiers, (who were efficiently getting customers through the lines in a timely fashion.) We stood in the line for 30 minutes without the line even moving before I was forced to put the dress down and walk out. I was so in love with that dress too. This was around 5pm on 12/2. I believe she needs customer service training.

Overpriced, their "success stories" are all for publicity, and they don't do all the good in the community as they claim. If you want to truly help the community by shopping at a real non-profit, go to the Bethel Thrift locations. They actually support the Cookeville and Algood community. Goodwill is a sorry excuse of a "non-profit"

Well an employee shouldn't be taking bad about a customer and I heard it and I was going to say something to her for doing that but my wife asked me not to. But it's wrong and I know all your going to say is "sorry I had that experience" or something to that effect. And also the changing room floors were very nasty. Update... You guys don't read the responses very well, my review was not positive

My favorite place to go to unwind and de-stress. My favorite part is finding my treasure from isles filled to the brim with stuff. I noticed the last time I was there (last week) the shelves were sparse on my two favorite isles. I hope that isn't the case all the time. It looked like things were arranged that way. I love the metal isle and the wooden isle with signs and shelves and everything in between. Please don't change the way it's always been. Hunting for treasure is all part of the fun.

Absolutely disgusting environment. Dust and dirt all over the dressing room floors, food wrappers and trash on shelves, stains and sticky residue on furniture items. I'm amazed this place hasn't been shut down yet, every time I go in it's worse than the last, and today the dust in the dressing room was so bad (literal PILES of dust on the floors in the corners) that I had to leave or risk an asthma attack. The workers at this store should be ashamed

Took my son and daughter in here today to pick out a little toy. Do so and proceed to check out. My son picked out a hair of puffy Hulk hands that were wrapped together with plastic. The lady at the check out advised there was no price on there and therefore my couldn’t have the hulk hands. Obviously this upsets him. Goodwill has a system where they use stickers to price everything. I understand they don’t want people trying to take the tags off to get a cheaper price - but if you’re that worried about people trying to pull a fast one on a company that is 100% profit off their donated items, then you need to come up with a better system. The manager on duty took the hulk hands and re-tagged it and then made me go back to the toy isle to retrieve it again. If it weren’t the fact they literally told me (with my 3 year old son right next to me to hear) that I couldn’t get that toy for my son that he specifically picked out, then I would have said screw it and just left. Anyways, 0 out of 10 experience and 0 out of 10 customer service.

I love Goodwill or I did and I want to thank them for saving me so much money i now have less beloved treasures akaa Junk !!! Prices are Way Way to high !!!! I still shop but spending less an less Thanks again

This is one of the nicest Goodwills I've been too. 5 star bathroom rating as well. I've been twice now while traveling. Both times the bathroom was top notch. The staff always pleasant.

Great staff!!!!! I love shopping here and i try to say hi to all of the staff I come in contact with after all they clean the bathrooms we us the floors we walk on they put up the items we look at and ring up our items (so be kind) if not for them we wouldn’t get to shop so thank you staff members keep up the good work
