“This store is NOT my fave to shop at, I would prefer Livingston over this one, but the stock levels at Cookville are better (Still not great, thanks computers).

But how FREAKING WONDERFUL is Ms. Aniyah? I walked in with 2 returns from an online order and a scanner. I didn't know the process and in the middle of what seemed like a TSC computer meltdown, she confidently took over when someone else couldn't do it, she also took my info so I didn't have to wait while she worked on it and she called me once it was processed. She was an angel! Top class service which was sooooo lovely!! She's a breath of fresh air!!”

“This place has just about any and everything you could be looking for. For any tyoe of repair to remodeling.There is a ton of stuff at Stovers but its simply over packed and cramped with very little room.”

“Went in for a fan, every single box in this particular SKU looked like it has been thrown out of an airplane to tumble across the barren lands of wild fire ash.
I am sure there are many squandered minutes on payroll that could've attended to this.
My very first GM taught me a very important habit to maintain throughout my business ventures of life - " If there's time to lean, there's time to CLEAN!" ? If it were for me , I'd have went elsewhere .. for the price of that fan ... I can't think of 3 other nearby businesses that have cleaner,undamaged, cheaper ,like products.
Appearance is important. No one actively looks for the dirty opened boxes , unless there is a big clearance sticker on it, most pick 3rd one from the front ... Why? The 1st one is usually over handled, 2nd is missing a part or two and the third..... normally- complete and untouched except for the stockers. :)
4 stars for the lack of attention to detail and if there is one section looking like this... there are many. It's a decent store.. but it could be better. Strive for excellence, this could be it.”
