“I’ll never go anywhere else for jewelry again. I took my wife’s ring in to another jeweler where “every kiss begins“ just to get the prongs tightened around her stone on her wedding/engagement ring. The other place wanted to charge $450 because they said it would be “refurbishing“. This seemed a little costly, but I’m not a jeweler so I went to the jewelry Emporium and asked them how much it would be. They cleaned it and tightened them and then told me the grand total was… Wait for it… Zero dollars. They said to bring it in for regular cleanings and they’ll keep an eye on the prongs and adjust them as needed. I asked them how much it would be to add cross beams and things like that and they gave me a great education on what that would look like and how much of a cost if it’s something my wife wanted. They also told me it wasn’t necessary though. This is what great customer service looks like. I would recommend anyone and everyone stop shopping at the big box store in the plaza and come over to these folks. They are truly amazing.”
