Was treated to some wonderful pre Thanksgiving vibe at Kroger at 11:00 a.m. 11/23/22. After listening to two female employees complain about management and curse about a co worker I decided to let them finish their tirade before asking if there was whipping cream in stock. Apparently the employee was confused by my comment that it comes in a milk carton shaped container after which she repeatedly informed me, in a condescending manner of the difference between milk and whipping cream containers. Why is this woman so bitter? Is it because she is stocking shelves in a Kroger at 60 years of age? Maybe she should go back to school if she does not like her occupation? An employee in another aisle was extremely helpful when I requested the whereabouts of bread stuffing and the cashier was cheerful and pleasant. Maybe some Kroger employees should say nothing to say if they are focused primarily on anger and hatred.

I absolutely LOVE getting hung up on by your technician when I’m asking how to transfer my husband’s insulin to another pharmacy that actually has it in stock. It’s not like my husband NEEDS his insulin to live or anything... Thanks for the superior customer service, per usual, Cookeville Kroger pharmacy. ?

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. Had prescriptions switched here to save some money but now regretting it. They are rude, slow, and a bit incompetent. May switch back to Walmart pharmacy and pay more just for better service!

Apparently the drive thru is a parking spot! We waited in line 15 minutes only to have the pharmacy pull the blind down as I pulled up to the window. I realize it was 8:10 when you finally finished up with her but we had been in line waiting right behind her since 7:55. And forget calling inside while setting there at 7:55 cause you decline it too.

If I could leave a negative stars review I would. We have had to switch pharmacy due to the lack of concern and lack of being able to get prescriptions in a timely manner. The Dr can call in the prescription and still 3 days later Kroger still has not filled it nor has any record of a prescription. Even though we can be standing beside Dr when it's called in. Meditation that is must have. When we call to see what's going on and if filled we will get a run around and nasty attitude. We refuse to use this pharmacy again. I will travel out of town just to avoid Kroger pharmacy. Unless you prefer to go without your needed medication I would recommend any other pharmacy. Kroger pharmacy you need to get your act together or replace every tech and pharmacist located in this pharmacy. Kroger pharmacy in cookeville tn is a joke. If you have to have your medication or you WILL be in the hospital go anywhere else.

Just moved to Cookeville and had outpatient surgery at Vanderbilt in Lebanon where I also own property. Kroger would not fill my prescription and was told because it came from Lebanon and my license has not been physically updated(has been updated with state). Didn't realize they could just turn down needed prescriptions. Thank you Cookeville Publix for doing your job!

They shorted me over 100 Geodon, a very expensive medication, over the holidays and I was cold turkey without it for over a week. I was very sick from it. When I finally got this corrected and changed pharmacies, Kroger's Pharmacy tried to keep 60 Klonopin I need for sleepwalking problems! I believe that this was on purpose and I wouldn't be surprised if there are other people treated this way. Avoid these clearly undereducated and conniving pharmacists at all costs. I recommend Andy's Pharmacy, as they're not a franchise with employees who clearly don't care about the customers!!!! I also discovered they shorted me on 7 out of 9 of my medications that I had to pay out of pocket for in order to have enough. The 2 meds they didn't "accidentally" mess up were my blood pressure pills and my hormones.

We did grocery pick up here last night. The associates were in a nasty mood and loaded the car badly. Bags on sides and lots of smashed soft products. Several items were substituted and a couple were forgotten completely. We also received items that were expired.

Tennessee Unemployment cards are Master Cards. Apparently if you dont have a pin you can't use a Master Card there. Found this out after manager humiliated me with a line behind me. Luckily I was able to use another card. There are too many other grocery stores that would be helpful instead of embarrassing customers. Shame
