“Very friendly staff. I think pricing is reasonable, (not a lot being dry cleaned anymore). They also offer tailoring services. Not too busy with lots of parking. Located behind Kroger in Cookeville.”

“Willow Avenue Express Laundry is the real deal. Walked in as a first-timer and immediately noticed how clean the place is — no sticky floors, no funky smell, just a well-run, clean facility.
Pricing is fair and scales sensibly with load size, so you're not getting nickel-and-dimed.
Nice touches that put this place above the usual laundromat: a snack bar up front, tv to watch while waiting, Coca Cola and Pepsi vending machines along the wall, and — genuinely useful — a vending machine for detergent and dryer sheets if you forget yours. Staff were knowledgeable and polite, took the time to help me figure out the machines without making me feel dumb for asking.
Clean, convenient, well-stocked, and staffed by people who actually know what they're doing. Highly recommend if you're in the area!”

“Really crowded hard to get washers and dryers and a little pricey. If I had known more I would have went somewhere else. My other Crew went to the other laundry room less crowded and cheaper prices. But you do cater to the college.”

“Cannot recommend this place enough! I heard that the staff are always super helpful and knowledgeable, so I brought in a weighted blanket and asked how to wash it. I didn't have any cash for the quarter machine, but Candace gladly ran my credit card. She also made sure I had a dryer immediately when my washer finished. Very efficient operation!”
