The salesman, Eric, was knowledgeable about the products, and was helpful in that I am in a wheelchair with potential for pressure sores from lying in bed too long. Eric, my wife who is a registered nurse, and I took the time to decide on the best choice of mattress for my needs. We were actually in the store for close to two hours and never felt like we were being rushed or pressured into anything. In the end, I am pleased with the entire process as well as the mattress itself.”
