“I wish I could leave a 100-star rating! I am a physician, and my phone went out in the evening when I was on call. My phone’s touch screen would not respond, and when I did manage to open it, the keyboard would activate without me touching it - even after I tried updating the iOS. Desperate, I went to the “corporate” Verizon store, but they were out of iPhones so I was directed to the store located at 717 South Jefferson. There, I was greeted by an associate named Jacob Pearson who went above and beyond in helping me! He had a phone in stock, and then he took the time to help me back up my broken phone onto the new phone. He even helped apply protective glass and got me a new case. By the way, he is the only one who has ever got that protective glass covering on for me without leaving a bubble! Finally, he spent considerable time getting me the best deal. I am SO grateful for his help! 717 South Jefferson is the location you want if you are in dire straits. Ask for Jacob - he is awesome! Thanks, bro!”

Just signed up with T-Mobile recently and honestly, I’m super impressed so far. The service has been solid, and the switch was way smoother than I expected.
Huge shoutout to Caleb who helped me out during the setup process — he was awesome! Super friendly, patient, and really knew his stuff. He took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, and didn’t make me feel rushed or confused like some other places do.
