“The girls up front are always helpful and friendly. I've been doing business here for several years. The service tech is a wizard when it comes to repairs on anything electronic. The cell service is through Verizon at half the cost.( SELECTEL IS THE CARRIER.)”
“I went to David's store because I was unsure what to do after a gentleman knocked on my door and tried to sell me a new tv service. He pressured me into signing up and I was not sure if I done the right thing. David's staff helped me out tremendously and addressed all of my concerns and even consulted with me about all of the services I have -phone, wifi and tv. They got me a much better deal and saved me money. I walked out of there knowing I put my trust in the best place in town. thanks a million.”

“I took my Dad to this store and he is very hard of hearing and like myself not to tech savvy. He upgraded from a iPhone 4 to an eleven. Odie was so patient and helpful to both of us. My dad Sometimes has trouble remembering things and she went above and beyond what most customer service does today. He had used tracphone and wanted to go back. He told her this but she never waived in her helpfulness. He is still with Cricket. Thank you Odie, I hope her bosses know what a good representative she is for their company.”
“My boyfriend and I have struggled with the home internet gateway. For the last year it would sporadically reset. I did trouble shooting with tech services. They tried hard to be helpful and sent me a new gateway. That didn’t help. I need to preface this by saying we are near a tower and half 4 bars. Great service that way.I then took it to the store on Jefferson Ave. and spoke to Marcus. He installed a new SIM card. Unfortunately, that didn’t solve the problem. We then bought a new TV thinking an upgraded tv might help. It did not. We went back to the store on Nov. 30 and spoke to Wayne and Marcus. They were so kind and went above and beyond to resolve our problem. I have been a cell customer with T Mobile for about 3 years and am glad to continue.”
