I like buying my tank tops from there! They are durable to me. I wash in cold water and hang dry them. I bought a few T-shirts from there I do not ever have any luck finding jeans that fit me properly as I am tall. But no complaints

Size inclusivity is non-existent now so I guess I'll be shopping somewhere else. Why claim to be body positive if you're only going to carry your full range of sizes online?

First time I've shopped in store in yrs, normally shop online. Lots of associates were offered help. They all were friendly & accommodating. Found several items on clearance. Very clean store.

Victoria was really rude and told me and my partner to move out of the way when leading a different customer to a part of the store. Sad and old navy’s price keeps going up and the quality keeps going down.
