Spectrum will continuously raise their prices when you have added nothing to whatever individual/package you have(without telling you). 2020 internet alone was around $60...2024 is at $86.99 for internet alone.

I came into the spectrum to get a new number on my account and walked out smiling ear to ear because of the work that Katelyn Myers put in. She took her time finding my best option for what I was going to do. I came out a million percent higher then I ever thought would be possible! She is Great and takes her time and really cares about her customers! Thank you spectrum for hiring ALL of the AMAZING EMPLOYEES that work in your store. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful every time I come into this store thank you again spectrum for your employees behavior and the dedication make their customers satisfied.

I’m stating my experience with cable service . A repair man picked up equipment while on a service call . And the co billed my parents for it . Turned off their cable until they pay for the equipment they spectrum already picked up. Bad Co.

I have been having internet and home phone issues, technician was here yesterday didn't fix a thing he left and it was the same way but I guess it's okay . The internet went out again last yesterday has been out ever since it's the following morning they call me and they can't get to it until tomorrow at 5:00 . It was supposed to be expedited because the tech screwed up fixing it when he came but now I have to wait again . But I'm welcome to bring my equipment to their office and get new equipment which will probably be used and fix it myself if that's what it needs . This is the worst company I have ever dealt with I had Twin Lakes for a home phone and internet for six or seven years thinking about going back to them . I don't get service on my cell phone very often their cell phones Spectrum service . I depend on my home phone and my cell phone and I don't work I have stage 4 emphysema and my husband works he's gone for 12 hours a day I'm by myself what if I need to call an ambulance or something oh wait I can't I don't have a phone . And of course they won't do anything about your bill it . You still have to pay the full month

Just got the new iPhone 15 and Michele was very knowledgeable and made it super easy to get the phone that best met my needs. I would definitely Recommend her if you are in the market to get a new phone!!

Came in to return boxes we had that were underutilized. We were met at the door by Zach, who had not even had the opportunity to put his name tag on yet as he was just starting the day. Fantastic work ethic, took us right in and took care of us and made some operational suggestions that will be quite helpful. He is what the face of modern customer service should look like. Got a new device and had some technical issues regarding the older phone but he fixed the problem and handled everything while maintaining a positive attitude and simultaneously helping another customer. Give Gabe a raise!

Switched to T mobile after spectrum randomly raised rates over the 2.5 years we had them. We went from Internet for $40/month to $100/month! That price is insane for Internet. They have outages every week and the customer service is lacking. Now they have sales people knocking on my door.

UN. BE. LIEVABLE. IT IS 91 DEGREES OUTSIDE AND THEY SENT SOME POOR WOMAN OUT TO DO DOOR TO DOOR SELLS FOR SOME STUPID BACK TO SCHOOL PROMOTION. INHUMANE.I stopped using Spectrum services ages ago because they jacked up their prices and won't take back the equipment I got at the physical location. They say I had to mail it through UPS. Just walk in to UPS and they'll know what to do. Why do I have to go to an unrelated business when I got the equipment HERE??

Returned Equipment and cancelled service on June 2nd. Received final bill for full month of service May 29 thru June 28th. Upon asking for proration was told that wasn't policy. Way to go Spectrum, you got 50 more bucks out of me at the end due to a very consumer unfriendly policy. Hope it was worth it, because I swear upon all the gods that I WILL NEVER use your service again and I will make it my mission in life to let everyone know your shortsighted , greedy and consumer hostile policy.Run, don't walk from this provider. Honestly service was never that good either for the price. Ill go back to dial up if Charter was my only choice.*Note: This review is for the COMPANY and its policies overall, not this location, I only interacted with this specific location a couple of times and my experience was fine.
