Staples offers excellent information and service from knowledgeable and wonderful staff. Associates are extremely helpful, very kind, and polite. The tech and printing staff are also noted as nice. However, the store never has enough workers and lately nobody seems to be working or behind the counter. Customers report feeling comfortable with the staff but note a recent lack of available assistance.
