The staff is always so friendly. Went in to get some perfume. They went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect gift. One of my favorite places to shop after work.

My boyfriend came in today and was shopping for him and me while I was at work. He got several items but apparently two items had no tags and they spent 9 minutes awkwardly searching, one from the jewelry counter and one from the clearance bags. When he said he saw the tag and it was clearenced for $10.00 the manager sarcastically said “sure it was” and proceeded to charge him $16.99 which was 4 dollars over the non clearanced tag which is 12.99. They proceeded to treat him like he was shop lifting and searched all his items. We WILL be coming back tomorrow to get this fixed and we will not be going back again after that. Horrible customer service. This needs to be addressed!

Made a return and went to use the gift card they gave me for a purchase after waiting 2 hours for a down system and they told me the gift card , they gave me, might not work for a day or two. I live 1:30 away. I waited all of that time and could not get my merchandise. The managers were not competent or proactive with solutions to help. The told me to go home and wait a few days. .They have my return and I’ve left with a gift card that supposedly will work on a few days.!!!! Corporate, gets some better training

I didn't like the checkout. An employee was checking out another employee and took her time talking to the employee customer. There was another employee behind the counter who joined the conversation. At no time did the second employee approach the checkout to help with the backed up line of customers. Thought that was very unprofessional and almost rude behavior.
