The website always estimates packages for my street for 10:30-2:30 and then 7:10 and it sometimes doesn’t make it until after 7:30. I’m okay to wait until late, if you give me a real estimate. Also there was once or twice a long time ago that I saw staff reach around and rate themselves.

Why is it that the Cookeville and Algood Post Offices never answer their phones anymore? I know they're busy, but still. It's frustrating to have to drive all the way to the other side of Cookeville to get information. (To give credit, I was able to get through once, and the gentleman was very helpful.)

I have tried calling my local branch several times in the last couple days and no one will answer the phone, and when you call the national line it is nothing but a run around and they never get you to talk to an actual person. All I was trying to do is figure out what happened to a package that was supposed to be delivered...
