I just want to thank Caleb at the Cookeville Walmart for his determination to get the Christmas tree I wanted. Wish every employee was as helpful as he was.

Used the grocery pick up because like other posters I believe it's a pretty terrible place to be...overcrowded, few employees, long check out lines. On a Friday evening my husband travelled from a neighboring town to pick up grocercies. I received a 2 hour delay notice only after he was already there. They then claim to not even have our order in their system.I have all the emails to confirm. No manager there, and the day shift had left and the young man I spoke to was very confused...in life in general. You can't even get an apology, explanation, etc. Very poor service in general. It's a small town so options limited but I'll definitely be looking to do business elsewher.

They lost my photo that they had emailed me and said was ready. They said it would just take a minute to re-print, but their printer broke down and 40 minutes later I still had no picture. This is twice this week I’ve had problems with Walmart photo and once last month at the Algood Walmart photo because no one was trained to do passport photos! The first guy told me they did not do passport photos, I picked up the huge whiteboard in front of me that said passport photos and then showed him how to put it together in order to do my photo. Then the second guy came and said oh the US government won’t except passport photos from Walmart Because they say the background is not white enough. Btw... The government did accept my passport photo.... Walmart please hire more help and train them right!!!! You have plenty of money to do that... I am no longer a customer of Walmart.

why does a big business like wal-mart forces their customers to use self checkout because they only had 2 normal checkout lanes opened and they were backed up because why in the hell would i use self checkout and don't like it no matter if a worker helps me because when they help its not self checkout. f*** self checkout

Not sure who is worse, the clientele or the people who work there. Whenever I see a normal person shopping there we always look at each other like 'what a coincidence, there's another human'. Same for the employees, yes there is the odd normal person working there, but it's unusual. Usually, normal ppl save themselves and don't work there very long. I never went into stores where the cashiers and customers discuss each and every item before and as it's being rung up. It's like they're fascinated by shiny things. If you want to confuse ppl in this area just wave something shiny in front of them and it's over. They're in a trance. They're kind of like goldfish. The goldfish swims around the bowl and by the time he goes around once and sees the other fish, his brain is so small it's like he's seeing the other fish for the first time. You'd think these ignorant cashiers or customers would say, ya know I'm kinda holding up these other nice people, and just be brief and move along; but they never seem to do that. It's as if they're the center of all creation and you really don't matter.
