If I could give this place zero stars I would. One is being way too generous. These are some of the lowest-life specimens of filth and evil I've ever tried to do business with. I had reserved a truck online with them the day before. I rent from UHaul frequently (other locations) and it takes about 10 minutes when you pre-reserve. 40 minutes after arriving and the woman rudely taking my information (and watching her move at a snail's pace, and leave the building with no explanation, come back, no eye contact with me at all), I had the AUDACITY to ask why it was taking so long when I had pre-reserved. She stared at me for a LONG time, handed me back my card and license, and said I could take my business elsewhere. Oh HAIL no. I refused to leave, tried to call UHaul for assistance (but no phone service). She calls her husband in from the adjacent business, and he towers over me threateningly, then LAUGHS as I explain what happened. He called the police (supposedly) to physically remove me, but when I realized he had hit one button on his phone and didn't even introduce himself to whoever answered, saying he needed someone removed from his property, I realized I could be in trouble. I don't think he called the police. So I left. Never got a truck, lost money paying movers who were ready to work.

rented a u haul and was suppose to pick it up at 5pm showed up at 5:01 and he refused to rent it to us he said he was closed and on the website it says they are open till 6pm. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The woman that works here is very rude and apathetic. Reserved a storage unit 3 days in advanced with confirmation number, upon entering and stating my business, she studdered around a minute and said sorry we don't have any available units. She went on to say that we used their third party management and pretty much blames it on them. Third party contacts them to see what the problem is and she tells them she told me she would have one available tomorrow, which was a complete lie, this was never told to me. Needless to say that third party found me a bigger storage space at less cost then they was asking for their smaller one. These people have no business experience and have no business running one and it shows. If you don't like what this review says then I would suggest treating your customers better and running your business better because as of right now the business and you are jokes. Don't waste your time folks, search on because there is WAY better out there. Would give 0 stars if available.

Do not - I repeat - do not give these horrible people your business. I reserved a truck for pick-up at 12 noon on a Saturday, and completed the online checkout. However, I had a family emergency and had to take my daughter to the emergency room. I called the location at 12:45 to alert them that I would be late picking up the truck. The woman on the phone was rude, and would not offer any solutions. I asked when they close, and she said they would close around 3pm (even though their hours say on the website 6pm). I said, ok I will do my best to be there. I'll keep in touch. She hung up without saying goodbye. Fast forward to about 2:30, I called to let them know I was on the way, but got a recorded message, so I left a message saying I was on the way and I hoped they were still open. When I arrived, I was very friendly, said "how's your day, I know you're trying to get out of here", etc. She barely spoke to me, no greeting, no nothing. She took my DL and CC, and starting typing. 10 minutes go by. She walked past me with no eye contact, over to what I assume is the dolly I rented, walked past me again, no eye contact. 5 more minutes.. she walks past me again and straight out the door. No explanation, no update, no nothing. After about 3 or so minutes, I went outside to see where she went and she was on the way back. I said, Oh there you are, ok... and held the door for her. She walked right by me, not once did she look at me, acknowledge my presence - nothing. Another few minutes go by with no communication or update. Finally, I asked "I did the online checkout thing, so I'm curious why this is taking so long." She ignored me for several seconds, then raised her eyes up to me (first time!) and just... STARED. I stared back. After about 10 seconds I said, If we're having a staring match I can play that game. She just continued to stare, so I said - it's a fair question. I just want to know. She just smiled and handed me my CC and DL and told me to take my business elsewhere! I said, no I'm not leaving until you give me the truck I reserved. She said, I don't have to do business with rude people. (What??) So it went from there, and she called her husband in (a large, intimidating man - i'm a 5' female) and he listened to my story with a smirk on his face. At one point he looked at her and laughed. He then told me I am free to leave. I said I'm not leaving until I get the truck I reserved. (All the while I was trying to call the 800 # for help but i had no phone service.) He called the local police to come remove me from their property because they wanted to leave. Since I knew the police could not get me my truck I rented, and WOULD probably remove me from the premises, I left. (After saying YOU GUYS SUUUUUCK.) I have never encountered not only such rudeness, but total disregard for the most BASIC of customer service skills. There ARE other games in town, not too far away. Don't reward these people for their behavior. By the way, I filed a complaint with U-Haul, and they said they had already called on ME. So now it's he said/she said. We'll see who wins in the end... probalby not me. :(

Terrible people in general. Sign & listing says they open at 9am. Lady finally shows up around 945am gets out of her truck with a huge dog and glares at me. Walks up to the door and says "it's gonna be about 45 mins be for I'm ready." I said "ok do you know if the trailer I reserved online is here?" She says"I said it will be about 45 mins before I am ready!" Goes inside and locks the door. I got in my car drove 10mins down the road and picked one up in Blueridge without a problem.

The website and the door says that they open at 9:00 am. I was there sitting in the parking lot at 9. I waited 40 minutes and called twice with no luck. I decided to drive to another location to rent the trailer that I needed, only to find there were none available. So since I needed a trailer, I wound up paying more money than necessary. Several messages were left with no return call.
