They are calm and knowledgeable about safety procedures, ensuring a fantastic and unforgettable adventure even for first-timers. The gear is new, and guests feel safe the entire time. The middle run offers a gorgeous trip with just the right amount of rapids, and a sunset trip is beautifully recommended. Beyond rafting, the morning zipline tour is also absolutely amazing with knowledgeable, encouraging, and engaging guides who keep guests laughing. After activities, the welcoming community atmosphere extends to relaxing with staff and other guests. Facilities include clean, spacious showers and bathroom areas, though some note the motion sensor lights can be inconvenient. A delicious and substantial lunch is provided. Aidan was great! He was clear and exceptional if you want an indepth knowledge on rapids and rafting. Accommodates small groups and large ones with no trouble! All guides were fun and polite. Great for all ages.

Mike and Logan were such cool and calm guides. Very knowledgeable on ziplining and the surrounding nature. The ziplines weere very fun and a great time! Highly recommend.

Grant was professional while being entertaining. He kept us safe with quality training while still navigating us toward the exciting parts of the river. Great balance for the role overall , and I’m thoroughly impressed.
