I will never come here to file my taxes ever again! Put the wrong address in for both my state and federal taxes. Their selfless mistake delayed my money and when telling them about their mistake they just brushed it off like oh if we did put in the wrong address you can just call and change it when they know damn well everything at the IRS is a process nothing happens overnight .I called them about it they swear that the paperwork they sent me was wrong and that indeed sent the right info in. Well they lied had to update my address for both. And they just acted like everything is fine. When it comes to people money there’s no time for errors I sent more than enough information in for that not to have happened. My address and zip code was literally on everything. But I don’t have to worry about that again for that being their first and last time seeing me.

This place is very shady !!! I will never or recommended anyone to go to this place . They are unprofessional!!! They intentionally ignore phone calls , I was told nobody was working when I had a question about illegal fees coming out of my account and I had someone else to call and someone was there working . They are liars , DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE !!!!! I PRAY THIS PLACE GET CLOSED DOWN . VERY VERY SHADY . I SEE OTHER PEOPLE HAVE CONCERNS AS WELL . THIS PLACE SHOULDNT BE UP AND RUNNING . I RARELY MAKE A REVIEW BUT THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.

The lady was rude and did not provide correct info when I called versus when I showed up in person. Needs to work on being more of a personable, cheerful, and informed representative.

First time experience Worst place get anything done! ISupposedly trying to get a loan with them but they said I did not get accepted so I thought we were done ! So they took my last check stub and did my taxes without even asking me to do them! They took $300 out my taxes and they will never tell you any of the information you need to know pertaining to your own taxes !By far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever dealt with! They will steal your money that you worked hard for! I’d recommend to never go to them.

My family and I have been coming here for years. Terri has always been honest and a great source of information. Recently I have become self-employed and she made everything a breeze for my first time filing with this new status. The ladies at this location are always pleasant and willing to help!

They are the most bogus and criminal people I've ever met I my life. The worker Ms.Ashley is so rude and unprofessional she sent rude text msgs to my phone about business that should have been conducted over the telephone about late payments or anything not leaving me nasty text messages. They have mpd involved in their shady business about people running off with their when they're the scammers. This is exactly why they're not BBB accredited!!!!!
