Notified in 30 min that the TV was ready. Pulled into pickup space. Good communication to pull to front of store for loading. Security code on phone verified I was authorized to pick it up.”

“We are leaving our Office Depot purchase in our van for several days before unloading it because of the virus. In that sense our transaction is not totally finished. But now we would tell you the service provided by Wilson & several of his colleagues could not have been more wonderful. Professionalism, critical thinking & care made the sale possible. We are 73, w/ medical issues & didn't want to come in. Product found online. Staff handled our payment & 3 bookcases were loaded in our van as we waited in the van.
