First of all if you expect any kind of customer service from these people your crazy ... from the time you press your membership card against the glass to be scanned to the time you insert payment and they hand your receipt to you ... not a "thank you for shopping Costco"Not a "did you find everything you needed?" God forbid you have to ask where something is locatedBecause they'll say their out or point in any direction and tell you it's over there ... first rule of Customer Service-- if you don't know what it is your talking about,Don't just make something up.....Regarding Costco wanting to see the pic on the back of your membership card before you step up to checkout?If Costco really wanted to prevent FRAUD & keep other People from shopping on someone else's membership card then Costco should let ONLY the one person whose name & photo appear on the back of the card upon entry & not 4-5 other people, or else how does Costco really know if all the items being bought are being distributed amongst multiple households ? It could be done regardless of how many people are let in! If they wanted to sort out the multiple people and whose the real member - just sort it out upon entry

Careful with Costco's tire center. They're happy to sell you road hazard insurance but keep in mind when you experience a road hazard they determine if you're allowed to use it. My tire started losing pressure literally right in front of Costco coming off 40. I turned into their entrance and drove directly to the tire center. They checked the tire, told me it needed replaced and because I drove on it through their parking lot they voided my road hazard and charged me full price. Told me I should have stopped on the road in front of the store and put on the spare. Really??I feel like being a woman may have had some influence there too. Had these tires going on 2 years around 17,000 miles. Just FYI

Rude customer service at the food court. Two incidents happened.A couple months ago, picked up an order and was told it will be 20 minutes before it's ready. I told him that I ordered in advance 30 minutes ago. He said, "It would be helpful if you tell me that first."Again, today I ordered a pizza and was told it will be ready in 25 minutes. I came about 45 minutes later, and the lady said "We just put it in." I told her that I ordered about 45 minutes ago. Her reply, "We got a lot of orders." Both times, no one apologized and the tone was rude.

This is a really nice Costco. Super clean, organized and the staff that I interacted with were great. We don't have a Costco near us, so it was interesting to see how many more products were available vs. the warehouse chain that we shop in. The only photo I took was of the snack bar on the way out. I didn't partake, but those were some cheap eats.

I just scored the last Mickey Mouse's haunted house. I got the display and they honored 20% off so I got it for $80 instead of $100. I love the customer service here and they have a wide selection of items. Definitely my go to location.

The Costco website says that food courts are open to non-members also: but this is FALSE. Showed up looking to grab a quick bite and was turned away. CHANGE THE WEBSITE THEN PLEASE. I don’t appreciate being misled.

This place is always packed and you can barely find a parking spot. The employees at the pharmacy are rude and talk to you like you're stupid. The aisles are packed and it's very disorganized. I'm not renewing my membership.

I very much appreciated fine customer care I received yesterday at this Costco. Checking out I mentioned to (checker) Jasmine that I was frustrated that I had purchased I thought 2 bags of Freshpet dog food 1 or 2 weeks earlier not knowing it would now be on $5 rebate. Jasmine suggested I go to customer service & request a rebate for these (shortly) earlier purchases. I was thrilled to be given rebates due to Jasmine's thoughtfulness. I am 75 with new orthopedic procedures on both knees. My Costco purchases yesterday were over $300. Toward the end of loading it all in the van, my strength was badly waning. Just then Costco employee Rudy came over & with great warmth & care said: "May I finish loading your groceries & take your cart?" No one has better customer care than Costco.

I have been to Costco stores all over the country. This one today outshone them all. A lot of people went to the cash registers all at once. They were really slammed. They rose to the occasion in a mighty fashion. The lines were dealt with exceptionally quickly. It was amazing. Thank you.

We've only belonged to Costco for 6 months, but we have had great experiences and service. My only problem is that I am handicapped and sometimes I have trouble finding parking. I wish there was a simple solution to the problem. They have several handicapped spots, but they always seem to be taken. I've even left without shopping because I couldn't find a spot.

I had a horrible experience at Costco as I know that so many do! Employees were fairly, friendly on the sales floor but as soon as I walked up to the cashier, Melissa, her and her helper buddy treated me like I was a huge inconvenience! My husband and I spent $1,000. You would think that they could be a little friendlier and patient! We had a large order!!! She was rude the second I walked up and he was just throwing my stuff all over the conveyer belt, with no consideration of my purchases! My husband was trying to bag items as fast as he could and the guy was just throwing our items into the cart! They weren't even busy at this time! There was no one behind me in line! A nice man walked up and thanked us for spending so much and being a valued customer and mentioned us upgrading to an executive account because we DO spend A LOT but Honestly, I don't even want to shop here anymore! I have better experiences at Kroger and even, Walmart!!!
