Where do I begin?!?! I called Crown Trophy in a panic. Ms. Mary Helen answered the phone. I was frantic and needed an award the next business day. When she asked how soon did I need the award, I responded by telling her that I was ashamed to say. She reassured me that she would be able to help. With a sigh of relief, I uttered "the next business day." I was comforted by her sweet voice as she replied, "I had some people need awards the same day, this will be no problem." She went to work quickly and sent me an estimate immediately. I'm a huge advocate for quality customer service! Ms. Mary Helen, I will never buy a trophy anywhere else! You have earned my business! Thank you!!!

Absolutely awesome customer service. Great recommendations. They look you in the eye with pleasure. I will definitely refer others.I went to another trophy shop before I arrived to Crown Trophy. The other place acted like they didn’t want my business. No greeting, no smiles and they looked at me as if I was dirty. So, I politely denied their service and walked out.Money is green and it should not matter how a person look or their religious beliefs.Thank you Crown Trophy for being the direct opposite of the other shop.Rodney J.

Had them make 10 engraving plates and mount them on a wood stand I made for a trophy. They came out great and were very inexpensive. The service there is very professional and down to earth. I wouldn’t think of taking my business anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I’ve never purchased a trophy before but needed a traveling trophy for work. Honestly, I had no idea where to start and the guys at Crown Trophy were accommodating to all of my needs. They are patient, kind, down to earth and give incredible customer service. I will continue to recommend them to friends and family!

‘Twas the afternoon before the shop was closed for Christmas - that I called with a special engraving request for a gift that finally came to me after pondering for weeks. Max and the Crown Trophy crew simply could not have been more gracious with such a late request. They were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Crown Trophy is a top notch company. I highly recommend them!
