Miss Genell and Miss Nina are simply fantastic. With less than 24 hours to get my healthcare for 2025 squared away, Genell and Nina went out of their way to go over Healthcare options with my wife and I on a Sunday morning. She listened to what we needed attentively and provided us with a detailed proposal viewing multiple plans with our preferences, all in a timely manner. She then explained each plan in details while weighing the pros and cons before walking us through the registration and application process. I’ve been able to receive services from Genell and Nina at Eagle Hollow on multiple occasions now and can say without a doubt, that these ladies really know what they are doing. More importantly, they truly care about their customer’s wellbeing and the best financial plan for any individual and/or group.

In the last year my insurance agent, Genell Holloway, with Eagle Hollow Enterprises, suggested an additional supplemental insurance policy that would be beneficial to my husband and I. It is Senior Hospital Wise with United Healthcare. Benefits include an ambulance rider, hospital stay up to 3 days, and Skilled Nursing Rehab after day 21-100. So glad she suggested this to us as we used it recently for my husband's ambulance and hospital stay. Filing a one page claim form was easy, and the payment came directly to us. Monthly rates are very affordable and well worth it to us. I highly recommend Genell for Medicare and related insurance needs. She is great to work with. Give her a call!
