Quiet environment, not too noisy, neighbors are cool. Leasing office staff are helpful and courteous.

My experience was seamlessly executed! Czyance was a very big help & was so sweet with helping me process move in. She made me feel comfortable and welcome! Dominique answered the phone for me a few times when Czyance wasn’t available. She was also polite and quick with answering any questions I had. I love my new home!

We toured a 2 bedroom apartment. I was very impressed. The size was nice and comfortable for decent pricing.

First, this apartment complex called me during Covid to tell me my sons were being evicted because they were behind on rent (it was illegal to do so during the first lockdown). Three days ago the AC went out—during 100 degree heat—and they did not even try to fix it until the second day! They finally put in a window unit. My sons (6’7” and 6’5”) will have to sleep on the sofas which are too small for them to fit on. If they don’t allow my sons to lower the rent for the amount they spent on a hotel, they will face litigation. This is not a weather related act of God, this is not maintaining equipment. This is also the second time the unit went out. All the other apartments have new units but my sons do not.

Our unit is what you call a BLACK MOLD INFESTED DEATH TRAP. The office is WELL aware of 2 health risk individuals living here; one disabled ; the child born premature. They don’t care and never have. They were given pictures, and the results from the mold inspector we paid out of pocket for. This was after I personally had to clean the mold myself because the people “they have that specialize in mold” never showed up and still haven’t. Instead someone came to fix base boards. And I have been cleaning it my self every month when it reappears; from all of the leaks we had. We have been asking for another apartment and upgrade to a 3 bedroom since LAST year. We kept getting the run around on every apartment unit shown as available on the site. First it was, “well, there are a few that will be available in January; call back or come in then.” When January came it was then, “well those (apparently 8 available apartments) were first priority to new residents.” Now it’s, “if we move you to an apartment it’ll cost more and if you renew it’ll cost more.” Its August. We had to purchase air purifiers in order to survive through the remaining of the lease, but it did not stop our health from deteriorating! There is mold under all of the sinks, under the carpet, main bedroom, over laundry room, bathrooms, window seals, and according to our mold inspector, in the AIR VENTS, as well as in between the walls of our unit and the neighbor’s; in which it can only be removed if the walls are torn down and the pipes leaking in between them are fixed. The office was told and shown this! And we were told to break the lease it’ll cost a hefty amount!Gate hasn’t been fixed since beginning of last year. They refuse to fix it and don’t seem to care about the number of car break ins, as well as auto thefts that has occurred since they refuse to fix the gate. Also because the gate is open to the public and the pool doesn’t have an access entry; people get dropped off from neighboring areas to the pool. I’ve seen people ignore the curtesy officers & cuss out the Police department while at the pool and there is nothing legally they can do if the gate isn’t fixed and they can get in the pool without an access key. We’ve witness 3 residents move in across from us and they all have had leaks. The first resident was flooded out. No one went to check out the apartment until a day before the next resident moved in ; she told us that she had maggots coming out of her walls!!! After they moved no one came until the day of the new residents moving in and now they experiencing even more issues! I honestly would NOT recommend this complex to a New York rat!

I pay over $1000 dollars to have an air conditioner that will not consistently work making my unit almost 80 degrees and they want to go off the outside weather before they can give me a permanent solution. Not only that but the breezeways which are promised to be cleaned never have in the 2 years I’ve lived here. There are no working gates or codes for the walk in gates to keep people from coming in and breaking in to cars multiple times. Unless you’re just desperate, I wouldn’t rent here. Front desk and most office workers are not the most polite people and will get short with you over the simplest of things. Also maintenance lies about replacing a ac unit after your ac breaks down consistently.

Cars are getting broken into, gate isn't fixed, people at the office careless. I'm getting in contact with my attorney for options.

The Enclave had me sold when I first seen the apartments online and in person. It is a great community makes you feel at home. It is quiet no matter the time of day or night. I am glad I decided to call it home, and my leasing consultant Ms. Trameka Wilson is TOP TIER!!!! I mean she literally made everything easy for us, and she was very nice. From applying and showing us the property, and keeping us updated on everything that was needed, going on, or callingus to check in and confirm we was ready to go all the way up until we moved in. Also, we experienced a few minor issues upon moving in and we told her about them and she was on it and I would like to thank her so much for going above and beyond for us and making this a great experience from the beginning.

The grounds and maintenance service requests are HORRIBLE! I’ve put in 6 tickets and no response. The community has been sold 3 times. There’s never a response from management or higher authority including corporate with sense of urgency nor concern. They don’t perform routine tasks (ex: HVAC, water/plumbing, pest control). Trash pickup is daily over filled. Theft occurs and they only inform that it’s not their responsibility and neglect to repair gates or install other security measures. Parking is a problem due to over filled units with multiple guests not on lease and cars. There’s no attention to high traffic areas of landscaping besides front office. When repairs are reported (ex: appliances); they never properly work because they shuffle used items from apartment to apartment and patch them. When it was the initial business of Registry of Wolfchase they provided so many amenities (ex: Wi-Fi, alarms, gates). Many option’s and services have left and never returned. The units have been upgraded to sale once to HPI as an investment. The new owners Cushman and Wakefield that has an larger portfolio are now the owners but with the SAME issues. Avrg rent is $1200 - and up but you pay like it’s cheaper. I’ve seen , asked, waited and given ample time for many issues with this property. The most concern you get is around the 1st when rent payments are due. It really could be a good place if things were invested and managed better. I find it hard to believe that higher ups don’t take better pride however, I’m not surprised because they don’t have to stay within the grounds. I would not recommend this community unless for a short period of time and every other option has been exhausted.
