Walked in on June 25th with a question regarding adding a new vehicle to my policy and the male and female were in the middle of conversation and the female looked at me crazy like she was pissed I walked in and interrupted. The male asked how he could help me, the female ended up helping me. I didn’t get any introduction, greeting , no hello….None of the basics. The 3 minute visit was cold and unwelcoming. I did receive the information that I asked for however she went and changed my information on my policy without even verifying I was even the correct person. I didn’t need to show identification or anything. I just gave her a policy number verbally and she went into the computer changing information. Red flag. My husband normally deals with our business here. This was my first time and definitely my last time. One Star for simply getting a question answered …yet I do not recommend.

I removed one of my cars from my policy and my insurance went down. Two months later my insurance increased. I contacted them and was told that there was a nationwide increase due to inflation and cost to repair cars. I have never filed a claim so they have not had to repair my car. Just another way to get money from the customer. It's bad enough having to pay $30 a year to have insurance with this company.
