Fed Ex is THE WORST!!! On Thursday, June 12th, my son paid for an important document to ship to me overnight, to arrive by Friday, June 13th by 10:30am. The document was shipping from Memphis, TN to Sugar Hill, GA. The document never arrived. When I tracked the document, it was still at the Fed ex location in Memphis. I contacted Fed ex and was informed they didn't understand why it was still at the location. I explained to the representative that it was imperative that I received the document today because I was on a deadline. They advised that they were going to investigate and get back with me. No one ever called back. So I called Fed Ex again at 1:30pm and was told the document was on the way and should arrive by 5pm. Still no document. I called Fed Ex again and at this time, I was livid. I spoke with a supervisor in which she explained that I was given incorrect information and that my document will not arrive today. The document was STILL in Memphis. Why was it still in Memphis when my son paid for overnight service!! I was advised to give it until Monday so they can see what happened. Monday will be TOO LATE!! Why pay Fed Ex for overnight service when they can't provide the service you pay for??? Now I have to drive all the way to Memphis to retrieve the document myself!! I will NEVER use Fed Ex again and I will definitely inform everyone that I know not to use Fed Ex. Their service is HORRIBLE!!

This is about FedEx in general. This store is actually good. Shipped four packages. All were damaged. Claim approved but check not mailed to me. It was mailed to this location. I tried for an hour to contact this location but the idiots in the call center connected me to Boise, Idaho. Still waiting for a return call and the location of my claim checks.

I drove two hours to this location last night to drop a package for first overnight delivery. A Fedex representative processed it. It was urgent, vital for my work livelihood, or I would not have paid over $100 for the delivery of a small package. The package is still sitting at this hub in Memphis. No excuses! The bigger scam is that you have to wait until they bill you, contact them, and ask for a refund. Think about how much money they make on this refund hoax. They are technically savvy enough to automatically refund when they mess up. Fedex, I can no longer trust you. I am so disappointed with your company and very upset about my lost revenue as a result of your mistake.

Fedex is really the epitome of shipping companies. Very knowledgeable and friendly customer service representative. Ample parking and clean parking lot. Free shipping materials are ready to be available for use. Assistance with packaging was a plus. Greated upon entrance, and thanks for using FedEx.

Waited 15 minutes for the lady to get out of the bathroom on a personal phone call ,only tonly to be told they don't pack stuff all they do is ship.

Dropped box off at 4:39pm (took photo on belt) and wasn't scanned till 4:21pm following day. Hence, the package was a day late to the delivery point.

The lady at the front order desk is absolutely one of the best employees I've ever met!She guided me through and explained every step! An employee worth her weight in gold!It was the FedEx at 1885 Appling Road, Cordova, TN.She sure makes FedEx shine. Wish I remembered her name.....
