I’ve been getting my haircuts at this Great Clips location for a while, and the service is always excellent. Connie, the manager, gives me the best haircut every time, professional, consistent, and skilled.
Kalyse, the assistant manager, always takes care of my 5-year-old son. She’s incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive to his needs, which means a lot since he requires special care. Her kindness and professionalism really stand out.
Highly recommend this location for both adults and kids. Great team, clean space, and outstanding service!

The haircut the lady gave me was terrible. Uneven almost everywhere, and it's so chopped. They let anyone work here.

I've been coming to the Cordova location of Great Clips for approximately 9 months now. I refuse to pay $45 for a consultation and $85 for a haircut in a salon in the nearby town I live in..Monica and Kaylse are absolutely wonderful,professional and very skilled! For the last 9 years I have had move all over theUS (Wisconsin,Oregon,Washington,Ohio and now Tennessee) and each time I go into a Great Clips shop-they have my desired style on record and have always followed it exactly! Getting a haircut that meets your desires is not any easy task-but they've "nailed it" everytime. Thank you ladies!! (BTW-this is a "real" review -not a "fake" one as one post appeared to imply...)

Stylist Brittany is amazing and very attentive. Monica is very rude. Monica got angry with Brittany for being very attentive, paying attention to detail, and not following company policy about time spent with clients. Monica is talking crap about how long Brittany spent with my mom and I to other clients. 5 stars for Brittany. 0 stars for Monica

Second time at this location. My two sons and I got fresh cuts and I had a beard trim as well. Monica & Angie were our stylists and they were both wonderful. Pleasant & upbeat atmosphere + skillful and professional stylists.

Overpaid for a botched hair cut.. don’t get me wrong, the ladies in the salon were super nice, but this terribly uneven cut was $80.. Shampoo $10, haircut $18, & before I even sat in the chair, I asked how much to style (just a simple round brush and straighten). The girl wasn’t sure so she asked another associate who said “$30 for a regular style.” Well when I get ready to checkout, she charged me $45 because I have “long hair”. Unfortunately I will not be returning.
