Reginald called me up for repairs on one of their properties. Agreed on a price of $700 and payed $400 upfront. I go over, do the repair & this guy tells me that he doesn’t know if he can pay the rest of the money. Then he ghost me after texting me “let me know if you want to work this out”. . If this is how you like doing business then go ahead but I won’t be dealing w these crooks anymore. Beware, all of their homes have multiple code violations that are swept under the rug. They use non licensed contractors who don’t have a clue on what they are doing. Plenty of other companies who flip houses the RIGHT WAY. Don’t trust these crooks. They will take your money and you will have problems down the road and they will nowhere to be found when you go looking for them.

My aunt was renting out a property from Sheila Gray and I had left my car with aunt because I work overseas. So imagine my surprise when I come back to find out Sheila and her brother STOLE my car out of the driveway. Her and her brother had a key made and stole my car because she thought I wouldn’t come back and find out. My aunt told her that I was coming to get my car but I guess she took that as an opportunity. When I tried to ask her about she didn’t have straight answer then blocked my number. I even spoke with her grand daughter and she said something entirely different than she told me. My car didn’t sit there for two months my aunt moved out in April and *shocker* that’s also when my car went missing. Police keep track of towed vehicles so I wasn’t surprised that there was no record of my car being towed based on her three different versions of stories then blocking of my number. I had to go to the police to open an investigation do NOT work with Sheila Gray she is a CROOK.

In my experience, Harris Realty did not uphold the level of integrity I would expect. I have no binding agreements with Harris however, an investment property I own was listed through one of their agents without my consent along with my signature forged. I personally reached out to their managing partner to ensure my concerns were addressed and not even a return phone call was given. Regardless of the fact that 1 of 3 owners made contact with Harris, others should never have their signatures forged, totally unacceptable.

Back in 2017, my wife and I bought our first house with the help of the professionals at Harris Realty. I wrote a shining review of them back then, and now that some time has past and I’ve had more interaction with them, I feel compelled to write a follow up.We found ourselves in need of a contractor on two occasions the past few years. We wanted to get some work done on the house, but I’ve heard so many horror stories about, contractors in the area, that I was a little apprehensive about this process. Since Reginald had done such a good job helping us find a house I thought maybe he could help us find a contractor as well. To make a long story short, he was surprisingly responsive and diligent in helping us get in contact with reliable contractors who both did amazing work! He didn’t have to return my calls or lift a finger to help me, but he did. I know it’s cliche, but he treated us like family.The folks at Harris Realty continue to amaze me, even 3 years later! The really do go the extra mile and I appreciate the effort. I’ll definitely be using them for all my future real estate.
