2nd time at this location, I would have loved to given this location at least all 4 stars. The room was beautiful, I received a courtesy message before my stay which was much appreciated. But the service from the front desk was very disappointing. I was was standing directly in front of the woman, announced myself and still received no response because her face was planted in her phone. I had to speak twice to even get her face out of the phone. Received no information beside that the elevators were around the corner. No breakfast information, check out time, room service schedule. Just “ elevators are around the corner”. And I’m pretty sure she continue to her phone sitting at the front desk

NOTE: First time customer... Upon arrival.. around approximately 3 to 4 pm, I was told they were updating there system. I could not get a key, but was told that I could be let in anytime and that they would assist. As a smoker, this made me feel very uncomfortable as I knew I would be in and out.. First off, most of the time it was another customer that had to let me in.. this raised high concern for security. At no time did anyone from security even check to verify that I was a guest. I eventually went and bought a vape to avoid going outside. Upon check out, there was no record us even checking in, in fact,.I was told I could have walked out the door and nobody would have known. "DON'T THINK HILTON WILL BE MY NEXT CHOICE."

The bed was so uncomfortable I could have just slept on the floor. This is literally one of the worst hotels. And they charge for breakfast.

The place was a bit of a disaster. The iron was cracked and it leaked all over a dresshirt staining it. Shower handle would not stay in the warm position, it had to be either off or scalding hot (video for reference), weird smell in the room so their solution was to put dryer sheets in the ac vent (pics), old water damage to the ceiling of the bathroom and after a rainstorm it was dripping again (pic), shower handle is positioned in a way that you must be in the shower to turn it on or get soaked with cold water, cleaning supplies were left in the room for almost a week.All of the above were reported, the iron was replace and nothing else was fixed or offered as compensation.I don't really care about most of the stuff if I wasn't paying 130 dollars a night for it. I expect the above from an econolodge not a Hilton Garden inn. Will not stay again.

Nice area but the hotel is dirty and in disrepair. Their customer service is horrible and matches their hotel. Had to drive back 30 mins to take of a billing issue that should have been handled over the phone. If you're looking to stay in the area choose one of the many other hotels around there.

The hotel was extremely clean, and the room was extremely clean, also . The staff is very friendly, helpful, friendly and outgoing.The bed was very comfortable and it was cozy. Next time we get to be in the area, we will make sure to make reservations in advance.

My room had an odor to it. The cleaning staff was very unprofessional. The front desk staff was very welcoming. They should let people know before booking the rooms that they will be charged a "INCIDENTAL FEE". I was told once I arrived at the Hotel that I would be charged $25/day for incidentals.

Great location. But the staff is trash and rooms horrible. Clearly nobody working there wanted to be there. I will say that the Mgr did contact me to discuss my issues. But he didn't offer a refund, so your apology means nothing to me. App doesn't work for the key, sheets where dirty ( looked like blood as if the last person had a bloody nose and they just flipped the pillow over) hair in the shower...yet they claimed the room was clean. How? I prepaid, so I was semi stuck...other hotels full. Yes I sleep on top the covers fully dressed. Went to PF to shower. So disappointed. The breakfast...a joke. Where did you find sour grapes, stale bread, and powered eggs? I learned my lesson, not booking there ever again.

I was there on a business trip for 3 days. The lesson learned is to ALWAYS check your bed before you lay in it. When I woke up the next morning I searched the bed for the remote control. When I tossed the pillow, I saw lots old dark blood on the back side of the pillows then I look at the bed, there was blood on the inside of the blanket, not the sheets. I was so upset and angry because I slept on a nasty bed. I reported it and they changed the linen. I asked for the Manager, he never came. I spoke to a guy that said he was a supervisor, but when I told him my problem he brushed me off (wow). There also was a time when I called the front desk several times regarding my tv and it took them a couple of hours before I got an answer. I am far from being a picky person, but I should not have to ask for good customer service. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.
