“We had considered purchasing a new La-Z-Boy rocker swivel recliner for quite a while. When we saw the half price sale, we decided that it was time. We went to the Memphis store and were warmly greeted by Melissa who gave us excellent advice as to what to look for in finding the most comfortable chair for our home. She patiently answered our questions and carefully explained the information we needed to know concerning delivery of the chair. The chair's swivel had to be added after delivery. The delivery personnel, as well as, the person who attached the swivel the day after delivery, were very professional.”
