I had to file a few claims and they came through for me every time.
I hit a pot hole and had 2 flats and got towed to the dealership.
I had my sunroof broken into and they got me fixed up and gave me a rental car.

They answer the phone at the drop of a hat. When I say if I need anything insurance related they have the answers. They've even gotten insurance for my friends as well. Great agency. Top notch from the Owner to the workers. They are all so polite. I was in a wreck and my agent showed up at the Hospital to check on me, and that let me know he REALLY cares!!! You cant got wrong with the James Hubbard II Allstate Insurance agency.

Never answers the phone.Called twice to cancel a policy that was entered twice , and they wouldn’t take the policy off.

So far my experience with Allstate - this group in particular- The James Hubbard agency - has been TERRIBLE. i have not been able to speak to ANYBODY since i got my policy 6 MONTHS AGO. The ONE time i got ahold of a gentleman there to cancel my policy, he said he couldn’t do that therefore i had to call the 1-800 Allstate number… i used to work for an insurance agency.. i KNOW they can cancel my policy. But not thinking - I said okay and hung up. Of course have not been able to get ahold of anyone on the corporate side of Allstate but i’ve just never seen anything like this! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will definitely not recommend to anyone!
