So far my experience with Allstate - this group in particular- The James Hubbard agency - has been TERRIBLE. i have not been able to speak to ANYBODY since i got my policy 6 MONTHS AGO. The ONE time i got ahold of a gentleman there to cancel my policy, he said he couldn’t do that therefore i had to call the 1-800 Allstate number… i used to work for an insurance agency.. i KNOW they can cancel my policy. But not thinking - I said okay and hung up. Of course have not been able to get ahold of anyone on the corporate side of Allstate but i’ve just never seen anything like this! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will definitely not recommend to anyone!

I had a terrible experience with Allstate. I totaled my car in January and didn't get a new vehicle until Late June. I paid my car insurance every month not knowing that I didn't have to and was told that I would be refunded for all of these months. When I started to ask for a refund I was on hold for hours and hours everyday and constantly given the run around. I am owed about 8-900 dollars from Allstate and they changed their mind and told me that they would not refund me for these months after I switched insurances. I tell everybody I can not to get Allstate insurance!!!!!!!!!

No stars, I was involved in a car wreck on august 12,22 today is the 19th I still don’t have a rental car, Allstate claims department is ridiculous nobody does their job they only tell you what you need to do. Nobody calls back. I request to speak with my agent James Hubbard II left several voicemails because I was getting the run around and my car is still at square one. I called to give the police report and the other party’s insurance information I was told they will close out my claim and I have to deal with them directly Allstate will no longer be responsible. Claim was close and me the customer was not taking care of. The service is very poor. I will be going back to geico next month.
