“Back in 2020, I had a bathroom remodeled. We purchased most fixtures and hardware from Ferguson Bath, Kitchens, and Lighting. Fast forward to 2023 for an issue with the Signature Hardware tub drain stopper. The part has a lifetime warranty, but I could not find all the information needed to replace the item. However, Rayeshaun at FBK&L was ready and willing to help find everything needed and even contacted Signature Hardware for the replacement part! The sales experience was great, and so is the customer service! Thanks, Rayeshaun!”
