I hate grocery shopping here because it's always so miserable HOT! I was told corporate controls the temperature at all kroger stores. You'd think they would make it a comfortable temperature for everyone! 68 to 70 degrees .... It feels like 75 or higher! I don't like Walmart but at least I don't sweat all my makeup off and need a show after shopping.
On a good note, there's a sweet, tall, man w darker hair in the produce section that greets everyone with such happiness and he's so welcoming! Always willing to help with anything! It's that way every single time I see him. He needs a raise! He's so wonderful! Melissa the cashier is always such a joy! She's so helpful and pleasant! It's so refreshing to see top year customer service! She also needs a raise!

The lady in meat and seafood was extremely rude. She refused to give me the weight of meat that I wanted and even after I went to guest services and asked them she said she doesn’t give a flip what they said she’s not doing it so I left my full cart and went to the Lakeland Kroger where they happily assisted me.

Avoid this store! Take my caution before your disappointment. Out of various products often and seems picked over almost always. Arrived another time 10 minutes before closing to grab only butter, but I was not allowed to enter the store as he said that they want to go home so would not allow me to get it. Very frustrating to have a supposed prominent grocery store in the neighborhood that has this poor quality of service. Definitely do not drive here if you can go somewhere else. Both in Collierville are MUCH better.

I loves Kroger’s this one is very clean and well stocked on Houston levy, the only think I hate is why don’t they upgrade their rest rooms by installing proper paper dispensers and which this is only problem with this one, although rest rooms are clean, they still need to upgrade where customers feel comfortable sitting on stools, fix some of these broken items in restrooms

Kroger on Houston level. Has some unprofessional rude people I ever seen from the management team on down I really don't blame the crew if a reflection of the management team. This store has really gone down. In service stock and in professionals. The one on Hwy 64 is much better.

Gwendolyn deserves a million dollars an hour. She is kind, knowledgeable, and a very hard worker. I always leave with a smile on my face after talking to her. I purposely do my shopping in the evenings when I know she is working. Thank you for your kindness Gwendolyn!

was built too small for growing area, but not a giant like some, thank goodness. Can not get a live person when you call which is aggrevating when you have something come up.

Don’t go here today (Jan 17, 2024). They just decided to close up as we were trying to walk in. Worst possible timing, too. This one is now CLOSED for today.
