At first I loved this daycare. Definitely a good daycare for the price. 12/4/20 is my sons last day attending. Nick the admin is wonderful. SOME of the teachers are professional. I simply had to remove my children because one of my sons had high functioning autism and was kicked out. My other son is 1 & ever since he moved into his new classroom his face is dirty at pickup EVERYDAY. What am I providing wipes for if you can’t even wipe his face off after eating? Lastly, I got tired of bringing in groceries EVERY week for my 1 year old like I was told to do on the daily report. Today when I told them to bring me everything with his name on it. They bring out 3 bags of snacks & food that apparently had just been sitting in the back.

I love The Learning Tree in Cordova! My son has been going here since he was 6 weeks and is in the care of Ms. Jackie & Ms. Jessica. They always keep us informed about our son and his different changes. I was nervous at first about putting my son in any daycare facility, but The Learning Tree has proved me wrong!

I’m so glad I decided to take a tour first. This place is extremely outdated. The workers seem very ghetto and unprofessional. I stood outside ringing the doorbell for quite sometime before someone came to see me. I saw a child walking around the tile hallway without socks or shoes. It doesn’t smell clean or even look sanitary in my opinion, However their doors are secure and safe looking. The lady who showed me around was very sweet but the ladies in the baby room seemed kind of unfriendly. I’m assuming the guy who sits in the front office with longer hair is the boss. He wasn’t friendly at all. You could tell he didn’t want to be there and didn’t care for my business one way or another. I guess I should of known by how good the price was. I’m sorry I just want more for my child then to put her in an environment were I feel the employees do not like their job. I have learned to go with my gut feeling and my instincts were all over the place as soon as I stepped foot in the door. I’m not bashing how these kids are taken care of. I’m simply stating what I said above. Trust your own instincts but this mommas radar went off.

Wouldn’t recommend Learning Tree if you have 2+ children. Improvement is needed in every aspect; however, if you’re looking for a babysitter for ages 2+, the prices may seem worth it. You won’t be there long unless you ignore signs of neglect and sadness. They will harass you all week about their payment. Don’t discount you regardless of family size (although they say they do). Children are always sick and they call you to pick them up and still harass you for a payment. I gladly took my children and $1,400+ a month to 1st Class Montessori for almost 40% lesser tuition. Very pleasant environment for your children. No sicknesses, no complaints on the teachers, children of all ages ARE NOT kept in the same room, actual teaching, and the Director treat her parents with so much love. To each it’s own!

Awesome facility, teachers, loads of activities and learning opportunities for kids of all ages. My child has been with Learning Tree since she was 2. She is now soon to be 10 and still pops in from time to time during school breaks and summer camp. She absolutely loves it there. Mr. Nick runs this location exceptionally well.
