I had a 2:20 appointment and have been waiting for over 40 minutes before being helped. There is no place to check in and they call people seemingly randomly or “based on the order people show up.” However without a check in this is inaccurate as two people who arrived after me were helped before me. They also seem to be overbooked in which there is only one station available to help people at a time but multiple people can sign up at the same time slot.

I recommend her to do your taxes. She was very educational for me and my husband. We was very helpful through the process. As well as she was very patient with us. We greatly appreciated her professionalism and kindness. We shall be back next year.

This was a fast and easy service. Everything was done with the touch of a few buttons. I was on my way home with my tax return filed. This is the only way I will handle my taxes moving forward.

Laila was so patient and precise. She kept me informed during the entire process. I had a lot of receipts but, Laila did not complain or give me a hard time. I will definitely use her services again.
